Looks delicious and simple to make. Will buy some turnips on my next trip to the grocery. Thank you Chef Harpal Singh. I love the way you present your recipes.
I made this today. Turned out to be really tasty. We have never made anything with shalgam. Thanks for sharing this recipe, it was fun making this dish.
Splendid recipe. All of Chef Harpal's recipe remind me of "Maa ke haath ka khaana", which you won't find in any classy restaurant. Thank you Chef Harpal. :-)
Really appreciate your way of saving old recipes while evolving them..Thbaks for healthy cooking always. Plz show how to make Gujarati muthiyas or hot snacks during winter.
Hello dear Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. This looks very interesting Shalgam ka saag. Today I am cooking your dish on Spinach Mushroom and egg fried rice. I am going to the food market to buy all the wonderful ingredients made from your delicious recipe. I am cooking it for dinner today. Your recipe your ingredients.
If Ashoka the great or Alexander the Great were alive today, they would have definitely demanded u as the master chef. Surely they would have forgotten the dream to conquer the world and would have indulge in the aromas of spices!well, Sabbut lal mirch tadka bhi isme accha lagega
I just made this. My only problem was I cooked the Shalgam a bit to much I am not good cooking vegetables in a pressure cooker I should have used a pot. I also added some corn kernels and a bit of fresh coriander. Very yummy.
Wow the addition of corn was unusual but i am sure it would have added great crunch, a little bit of grinding of the corn would have done wonders, you have given me a new recipe, thank you
@@chefharpalsingh I added the maize flour the corn kernels pop in you mouth with the gee and Shalgam it is beautiful I will definitely make this again. I love using vegetables that are not typically known here for Indian Cooking. Do you have a Sarson ka Saag recipe?
