My 28 year old son can imitate you very well while cooking. He is born and raised in New York and loves cooking. He brings smile to my face. We both love you. Will try this recipe for sure.

Shalgam is one of the best vegetable ... I remember my grandmother use to make kachri ( dry shalgam ) and later we use to boil it and make soup from that... And Shalgam saag with moth ki daal.. I am looking for that recipe.. Ranveer sir please share more dishes of shalgam

My mom's recipe..cut.shalgam boil with salt nd turmeric...for tadka, Add chopped ginger in ghee with green chillies and simmer for few minutes add a dash of jaggery powder and coriander...bas pher wah ji wah lazzat...jannat ...swad malko aanna hai zarror

Hey Ranveer, thanks for sharing the new style of cooking shulgum. Though, I was cooking my nani recipe which is like: chopping the turnips in small peice and adding ghee + tadka of cumin seeds and finely chopped tomatoes (adding default ingredients as turmeric, grinded coriander red & green chilies + salt)and adding the sugar to enhance the sweetness. Cook it on slow flame for 15-25 mins then mix it very well and when cooked in the end add some green coriander leaves. I'll try yours and can you share your feedback on my nani's recipe?
Ranbeer ji main kabhi bhi shalgam pasand nahi karti thee. Hamare hostel main jab shalgam banate thei to uski smell mujhe achchi nahi lagti thee. Lakin jaise aapne shalgam banaye hai maine bhi banaye bilkul vaise hi vakai bahut tasty bane. Thank you souch aapne mera shalgam ka taste bana diya.
