    Bro starts with isolation, full send achieved failure,then says, " we now gonna full send it on bar bench and then move to isolation" when hypertrophy coach is away, the boys will play ( the eccentric was none existent)

      They are an important part of looking big, but they are definitely a small muscle comparatively.

      @@jeremyhinze8837 They are the biggest ones my muscle volume amigo. Next come the triceps and only then the pectoralis major. I don’t make the rules. That’s a biological fact you can measure.

      @@dertrendtrader they might be the smallest muscles in the human body or one of them and theta a fact. It is not one muscle, it is 3 separate and individual small muscles that make up the shoulder.

      @@dertrendtrader yes, but the delts are tiny individually. As a whole if well developed they can look big for sure, still doesn't change the fact each head on its own is a small muscle 🤷 just the facts dude
