Question: let say a male athlete weighs 185 lbs lean (real weight 196lbs). 5 ft 8 tall and 22 years old. Training age 2 years lifting push pull legs and let say cardio is 5 times a week. 5000 steps a day. What is the calories or macros for maintenance? Surplus for off season? And for prep. 3… 2 … 1 … go! (Just want to see how you calculate this. Thanks)

These are helping a lot with the begging of my bodybuilding career, especially with my shows coming up this summer!
At what point would you transition from a bulking to a cutting phase? Time, bodyfat %, or performance?
Best coach
Knowledgeable 😊
Best info 🔥🔥🧠
I appreciate the feedback on the tattoos with bodybuilding, I am hindered with having my back covered, whole left leg, whole right arm. I still want to compete but I do agree I have a limited potential due to my situation.
Can you please do a refeed video and explain how you would approach it and how you would go about adding in high carb days
woah really being put on a position to reduce or have like a set meal plans for bodybuilding is crazy from the moment anyone decide to this and compete i gotta a feeling that it become your lifegoal a obstacle to keep growing
Do you recommend push pull legs for naturals? Could you maybe suggest a good split for someone that is experienced? Thanks Matt really like these videos so far.

How would you go about driving up maintenance calories? I’m stuck in a chronic dieting phase
Do you recommend a garmin watch for beginners running?
Rep scheme and weight is something I need to figure out.
mat one question how can i comeup with my weaker body parts for eg i have small biceps but if i continue to do ppl my energy goes to back more and less into biceps what to do?
Any tips/advice for someone that wasnt able to finish prep not bc of the actual prep but due to external factor (stress at work) and how to bounce back, just recently backed out of prep because my workload is not conducive to reach the goal/condition im aiming for and i know it would negatively affect my performance at work.
When an athlete is going through a prep and leading to a show what does training intensity and volume look like for your clients? IE: Does volume taper down, intensity remains or
Do you prefer higher volume closer to a show and intensity lowered to mitigate injury?
How many exercises should you do for glute and ham gains without overtraining for experienced over 50 female
I am currently cutting. My goal is 3k cals a day. I use my fitness pal and it calculates your calories burned. Is that accurate? Or do I need to just eat 3k calories a day and not counter because of calories burned? I kinda screwed myself and at like an extra 600 calories on day one and want to know for the future... been lifting for three years consistently. I have done one true cut, a lot of maintenance and a slight bulk. I am 6'5 and weighed 287 at the start of the cut.
How to structure a workout !?
🔥🔥🔥
What should I do if I get restful sleep, in a surplus, gaining at a great rate (about a pound/ pound and a half a week)strength is going up but feel fatigued after 2 training sessions and need a rest day on the 3rd. I’m supposed to train 3 on 1 off but I’m pretty cooked by day 3 in the split. I’m 5’6-192 lbs, started my growing period in November at 170lbs
Get some sunlight and stop force-feeding yourself (indicated by your rate of weight gain). You are inflamed
Do a 2 on 1 off like Dorian did.

Yesss sir🤌🏻
🔥
My biceps just don't grow, I have tried high volume, low volume everything. What should I do?
Troubleshooting your training right now is what might help you , I’d train biceps early in your training session and how much your letting your biceps recover properly weekly
@@Aznfilii thanks man, will give it a go.🙌
What’s your frequency like? I’m no pro, or anything close to it but if you haven’t tried it yet it might be worth throwing a hard couple sets after a back day, and having a dedicated arm day too. I’m having to do the same thing with the ol titties right now.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Keep 'em coming sir! So informative.
Could you explain how it's possible for someone to not lose a significant amount of weight throughout weeks of prep yet still be in a deficit and look leaner?
💪🏽💪🏽🔥
Question: if the primary role of dietary fat is hormone production, why do enhanced athletes have fat in their meal plans rather than more carbs?
Good question, idk just speculaing but taste maybe??? I aint no expert tho
Or better micros and vitamin absorbsion?
Because your body needs other hormones than testosterone to function well. And you also need dietary fat to absorb micronutrients and vitamins.

glad I finally got to watch this🥲
