Even if BBB deconfirmed the hex is Wubbox but who knows they can change their mind and that they only said that to not to spoiled it, remember when they said that “Not all Fire monsters aren’t coming in the main game” due to they want some to be exclusive to Dawn of Fire, and that was before Amber island. Also they once said before that there wouldn’t be an Epic Wubbox, but here we are with 5 variants of Epic Wubbox, so in the future or so they could change their mind maybe the hex could look like an early ancient version that looks similar to Wubbox which explains why Wubbox was discovered after Dawn of Fire due to the lore
