It's always amazing to watch these guys build something of this magnitude with hand tools and no safety equip. and outside in the dirt. When the guy was swinging a 6 to 8 pound sledge hammer with all his might while the other guy held the rivet setter in place with his bare hand I started sweating bullets~!! These guys are very special and should be praised highly~! 💪💪🙏🙏✌
Yes this is my pakistan 🇵🇰 brave and heard working people
Great 👍 job. I am totally amazed at the way you do things. Using basic tools and techniques that you have learned from your experience........BUT bhai please latest tools ko use kariye aur new technologies ko use kariye. Ok
we in the west have all the strict safety precautions making everything growingly slow and expensive up to a halt, while nobody cares about safety of the future in the field of AI, robotics and genetic research.. our civ is really fu..ng ridiculous.. these still 'natural' guys are our only hope, something remains after destroy ourselves..
I thought that was stupid
Yup! Also the mushrooming of the head on the rivet set. How many get maimed when a few simple changes could make things much safer. Got to admire these guys though.
Honest men at steel mills all professional experience skills patients with focus and a total team works, all the throughout the whole process of the project innovation 💡 😀 👍 🙌 💪 👏 💡 😀 👍 🙌
100% extra heavy duty beautiful work
Hammerhart. Noch echte Handarbeit. Ohne Zeichnung. Respekt. 👍👍
Incredible! Just imagine being the guy that holds the rivet bucking tool. You'd need a lot of faith in guy swinging the sledge hammer, lol.
Some years ago, I toured the International Truck Factory in Ohio, and observed the manufacturing of the truck chassis. I never thought that tHis same process could be carried out in a basic workshop using basic tools. Amazing!
I drove in Russia a Freighliner truck at traveled a million miles in the US and was then sold to Russia for another 500,000 miles before being overhauled. And this one made of shit and sticks will last a maximum of 300,000. I will answer your objection with a question - Will you buy a ticket for a Boeing made in such a workshop, even if the appearance matches? Even to repair a truck frame after an accident in a normal country, you need a license.
The truck frame itself is not particularly complicated to manufacture, it is just heavy steel components.
@@VenturiLife The frame is one of the most important parts of a truck. During operation, it must withstand very serious loads. In our case, there is no assembly technology at all. In some place they could overheat during welding, in some place there was not enough strong seam. Arc welding requires great skill. The same can be said about rivets. Next - the frame has several bends, like bent, cold bending or hot, how exactly. In short - the appearance is the same, it is not known how long it will pass.
@@VenturiLife the quality of the steel matters, if you have low quality steel, over build
@@leonidkrinsky3365 mild steels are very tolerant to weld heat penetration, and oems use wire plasma arc or submerged arc, a quality arc rod is comparable in capable hands. those are better looking arcs weld's than I see from most pipeline welders
Wow ! Today young people have no idea when it comes to hard work.Just look at what these guys have to do . Lucky they have a lot of friends to lift the chassis , Well done , great work & skill ,you should be very proud of yourselves . A lot of trust with the guy swing that hammer that he didn't miss & hit the mans hand.
the "young people" are much clever this this awsome murkser.
...yes and footballers who are getting paid in millions moan and groan about the wages . Madness eh .
Somehow it scares me to see such working conditions in a country that has nuclear weapons.
You should check indias
Man I wish I had a company I would have these guys working for me they are talented, hard working, get it done with what they have attitudes I'm very proud of those people
I have been thinking about it
Yeah. They work cheap and don’t need to spend on any personal protective equipment.😬
I worked as an engineer in the Middle East oil industry. We had a lot of these guys they were diligent and proud workers. Always would get the job done no matter what the obstructions might be.
Absolutely! And the best part is they throw in the forced child labour for free!
not like Americans thats for sure.
despite their own tools, these are true professionals who know what they are doing and have a lot of respect for these people.😊😊😊😊
I agree. Different standards in different parts of the world. It shows you don't need alot of fancy tools to get the job done. You can tell they know what they or doing and have done it 100 time before. No talking no planning every one knows what to do and when to do it.
Great stuff! It's like watching Fred Flintstone working for NASA.

Can watch these guys all day👌👏
This crew is doing close tolerance work with essentially stone knives and wooden hammers and getting a respectable job of it. Get these guys inside in a fully equipped fab shop and watch the show
Give them a Snap On set of tools and they would build a space ship .
Work shop address, city
Basic hand tools and no proper workshop defiantly get my respect guy's great job 😁😁👍👍
What is your definition of a proper workshop. My answer is “What ever it takes to get the job done”.
I like the co- ordinated team work of these guys and their attention to detail , I must congratulate them being able to work with such a primitave conditions and equipment and resulting in an exellent product , on another note I would like to see a little more saftey precautions in the work place , these boys are really special in their own right ,they are really professional ,I hope that they are appreciated for what they do , Keep up the good work Guys .

I found a Hino t-shirt on ebay after watching some of this stuff. Awesome work!!!
1000% more environment friendly than those toxic battery driven modern vehicles.
Next level torch-cutting skills, and that guy has a lot of trust holding the tool while he swings with the sledge..
The handheld riveting tool was really unnecessary... i am sure they have some tongs somewhere in the shop
HINO greatest site lorry/Truck ever built, wonderful hard working people.
These guys are better than real engineers they have all the skills of heavy engineering they're good welders, accurate with cutting torch...they know the chassis very well what else??? I salute them!!!
Not really… if you actually go to a place like Pakistan you’ll notice a lot of their trucks crab around because of the poor geometry. Not to mention the amount that are broken down on the side of the road being worked on. Sure, these are hard working men but they’re not accurate by any means. And the materials are not necessarily top tier
ang gagaling nila gumawa
The chap holding the rivet set has got a lot of faith in the one wielding the hammer! I think that I would use a pair of tongs, or somesuch.
Amazing job!
That is a very strong chassis and the riveting is superb. I would not like to be the one holding the former though.😁😁
Hard work, careful measurement, high skill, teamwork with basic tools get you a well made truck frame!
It’s a shame that most Americans today will never experience the contentment and satisfaction of a hard job, well done.
Very talented people. with little professional tool they can do lot better .
Watching here
Handmade quality.... just like a Ferrari...
As the Health and Safety Officer for India, I approve of the safety sandal footwear and safety cotton clothing of the people working for this company.
Actually cotton clothlng is far better in a place where there is a lot of heat. Synthetic fiber will melt INTO your skin and cause FAR, FAR worse burns. Without any actual flame involved.
Lol
It’s not India; these workers are Pakistanis. The work safety is like that in that part of the world.
Not india
Could you donate safety shoes for my pp. Loved from pakistan
Definitely getting their money's worth out of those drill bits. The "sharpener/grinder" guy is much better at it than I am, that's for sure.
Yeh they were cutting nice swarf
Tenho um respeito imenso por essa gente! São admiráveis! Vida longa e paz a todos! Abraços do Brasil
Be very proud of your work. Very strong and hand made 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very impressive! No blue prints, everything from memory and experience!
They need more safety gear! Goggles, masks and stuff!
But great job!👍
With such amazing skills and people talented as this, how is it that the country does not have purely its own brand, line of automobiles?
How is it that Pakistan, India, Bangladesh... won't catch up to their developed peers? It blows my mind with so much raw talent and hard work, I tip my hat to these hard working people and I hope their material conditions will reflect their mindset and hard work.
Foreign corporations do not allow. My country had its own brands of cars, motorcycles and trucks, but over the years the factories were bought by rich countries, politicians were co-opted to facilitate these purchases. There was a lot of corruption. And today my country is technologically dependent on developed countries. When an automotive or cutting-edge technology factory appears, the government does not allow it to prosper due to laws and high taxes. But we know that behind this are the fingers of the USA and Europe. My people are also very smart and skilled.
Very good work congratulações, It Is beautful How they work só quicly
such hard work and probably poorly paid total respect to these guys to build a chassis from scratch . 👍
Incredible hard working men. I would like to see the finished bus
I would like such guys to work in my workshop.
I was looking forward to it.
These are my Pakistani brother's super talented hard working... Zindabad
In the shipyard we called that bar providing pressure to the drill motor an "old man." It's still used in modern custom construction. Slightly different in configuration, but the action is the same. This one might even be easier to use.

Yeah I have one. It's a one man mobile press basically.

there's massive radial arm drills going to scrap daily in the 1st world, someone get these guys a radial arm drill, like a old post war unit
The welds they showed are called ‘tacks’ here. It’s just to align and hold the pieces in place. Later they will welds the entire length. 😅

I like these hard working men. May God bless them.
The sad thing here is that these extremely talented people will never be allowed to rise up the ranks nither will they be paid what they are truly due, this means that until there is a change in attitude these people will have to continue working in a backstreet shop with primitive equipment abd without the equipment to make their work safer and faster.
I totally agree with you Mr Hasan Ahmed. I have personally witnessed the dedicated work-ethic of Pakistani craftsmen when I was a drilling rig electrician in Quatar, UAE.
The "World" views Pakistanis based on what they see in these videos. But, what 99% (or more) of ignorant outsiders don't know, understand, or care about, is that the horrible and horrific working & living conditions are the fault of the terrible governments that have ruled Pakistan for many decades. This country has hundreds of nuclear weapons, while much of the population don't even have ELECTRICITY in their homes !! God Bless everyone who tries to understand how geopolitics affect the hardworking average person.

I love how they used a chain and lever to make portable drill press for drilling the frame. Essentially the poor man equivalent of mag drill.
