- It's done! This has been a very challenging and fun rebuild. Thanks to everyone who watched, commented and gave me suggestions along the way. I'll continue to add details over time, but it is now time to move on to the next project.

Alex, I've been following you for nearly a decade now and this might just be the coolest thing you've ever built. Those signs (the big one especially) are simply awesome. I love that you found space for the campers. Four Palms is such a great name but it would look a lot better all on the same level on the sign imo. It wouldn't hurt to have a little more evidence of camping outside the cave too, now you have the space for it. I love that you made room for the food court, I remember it from all your other layouts. I like to imagine, on the top of that cliff they have a wonderful leafy view of a pinewood forest as they eat their McDonald's. Keep up the good work. It's always getting better and better 😎👍
That big Zander Land sign looks awesome, perfect size. The whole amusement park is amazing, absolutely love it.
Hey! I just purchased an old coaster and had the same grinding of gears as I can hear yours doing. If you helix the white elastic band two or three times it creates a little more tension on the gears so the chain doesn’t slip and reduces the grinding a lot :)
It’s the elastic closest to the bottom of the chain!
I also had this issue and removing a single chain piece fixed it haha. So finicky
@@brandoncheung3052 oyyyy that’s smart, not sure how I didn’t think of that!
It looks awesome. Love all the little details like the park in front of Zanderland, the Arcade. Love it! Great job!
Zander land looks like a blast! I would visit it if i were a minifig :) Also, i am very excited about what you are going to create with your medieval scene as it is my favorite lego scene. Keep up the great work Alex(zander) :)
It looks fantastic, Alex! Very well done! Sign looks very cool, love the rides in motion. Arcade idea is neat! A great redesign all around. Look forward to seeing what you do for Medieval area as that's a project I have also just started myself!
Very nice video Alex.
Great shot in the final photo montage from the minifigs point of view, looking along the walkway towards the arcade, bumper cars, and roller coaster. It makes it feel real, just as if we were walking through the park. Thanks for all your work in designing your layout and sharing it!
I’ve watched other RUclipsrs of this specific craft and I saw this and this is what’s making me subscribe
Awesome! Please feel free to comment on future videos as well and let me know what you'd like to see. Thanks!
Having all the rides working at the same time is very impressive. It all looks great!
This looks great! That water ride is cool but I would like to see a big tower where it drops you. I know we got the haunted house but that is a bit different. Keep up the great work!
With all of the rides, train and monorail going, it's actually very relaxing to watch with all the movement going on. Fantastic setup!
Looks great!!!!
You’ve essentially doubled your space with the Xanderland. And hsbing the rides become modular and removable makes it so you can still paly with the ones inside the tunnel. Great job!
I think it looks really really good. I like all the creativity you put into in. I’d have to say. My favorite is the arcade/training station. I can’t wait to see the pirates ride in the near future.
What a masterpiece and a beautiful build too. Thanks for posting this as well. Have a nice day.
This
Is
Epic!!!!!!
bro this is a room of my dreams! Keep up the great work Alex!
The arcade train station is pretty neat. Kind of reminds me of the Witchyworld Train Station in Banjo Tooie
I'd love to see Lego do one of those tower drop rides. It's basically the way the haunted house ride works, but it's not all enclosed with the riders sitting in a circle around the center pillar. They ride to the top and then just dropped.
Looks great!
I LOVE all of it!! The bumper cars background is so cute!
Thank you very much for your videos, they are so positive and fun and really help me get through bad times. Lookind forward to the medieval stuff.
it’s amazing😍
Bravo !
Yeah, it definitely looks awesome when everything is going all at once!
Glad to see you took the Star Wars thing out. That was oversized, and cramped the park.
BUT the Barracuda bay looks cool.
Well done Alex! Great to see 6 rides + train + monorail all moving together!
One idea... if you swapped the Fairground Mixer with the Ferris wheel, it would open-up the view to the Carousel (which is blocked buy the Ferris wheel) and I think it would make the front entrance to the amusement park look even better.
Love the "Zander Land" sign too!
Zanderland looks very realistic with your latest magic touches finally. Well done mate 👏👏👏
Looks great 👍👍 Awesome amusement park!!!
Impressive most impressive
I just discovered your channel. I have a little obsession with roller coasters and lately LEGO too. Your park is looking incredible. Fun details, really enjoying your video!
The sign looks great! ❤
The park looks quite good, and I do like that the shuttle goes through the loop coaster. :P I really like what you did with the Arcade and Bumper Cars, the backdrops and details in those is really cool. The Arcade needs one of those machines where you get your game tokens, and a drink machine, and also a blacklight for authenticity. If there's anything else I'd say is needed, it's a level of minor detailing. Things like bits of grass in less-traveled corners, or bushes around the motors to keep guests away. And garbage cans. Anyone who's been to an amusement park knows there are garbage cans every three feet. More booth games, like the ring-toss bottle game, darts, cans, the ones where you pay $60 to get a $2 toy for your kid. And seagulls.
Over in Four Palms, I do think it needs a much greener atmosphere. Using some green baseplates, or covering things in green plates, and leaving/making paths through it. Maybe the only paved route is leading to the Zanderland entrance.
I love the zanderland and 4 palms signs Alex
9:10 That was a good shot 👌🏻
Thanks for this entertaining series of videos! As for the next ride, I could see them doing the big swinging pirate boat.
This video really inspires us as a newcomers.... 👍👍👍👍
You got it looking pretty nice
that looping coaster looks insane!!!
Love that sign. Don't think it's to big. Well done.
this is SO COOL. i always wanted a lego city like yours...
I love what you've done with the place. Nice Arcade and Bumper cars background. The sign looks great too. One remark though: I would close the gap between the Loop Coaster and the left side of your main entrance with some fencing or so. Just to prevent visitors to walk in without paying ;)
amazing pictures you took in your theme park that you named Zanderland you must be proud man in the whole world right now
Incredible! This has to be worth thousands of dollars easily. Real passion and dedication. 💯👍
Big push for 100K!
i like how the arcade is directly connected to the train
As a huge DOTS fan, so glad to see so much DOTS love here! Amazing work you've done with Zanderland (interesting you spell it with a Z in contrast to the X in your name heh). I like how you use 1x4 SNOT bricks to hold up those walls, I thought of doing the same but it feels weird to me just leaving those SNOT bricks floating without upright support. Maybe someday I'll have enough space for an amusement park but if I do make one it'll be much closer to minifig scale with rides like the Pirate Roller Coaster (a set of great sentimental value to me as my first real-life coaster was also pirate-themed with a shark train), some of the Friends rides and hopefully some custom stuff as well. Definitely an idea I've been tossing around since I was a kid. But town essentials first! And that includes an actual train loop (I'm using Powered Up).
congrats on teh opening of zander land looks like lots of fun!
This is so underrated
Great job on this! Just subbed.
For the Ferris wheel being too fast you might have to have some gears to slow it down, to do that you should probably make the axols go around the Ferris wheel! Either way zander land is amazing
It’s fantastic. I still think the carousel should go front and center where the park is
Awesome to see al the movement at the same time.👁👁👍. Maybe little stands in the park will be a nice extra touch. Baloon stand, Hat stand, Candy stand, Milkshake stand and so on.
Oh one minor thing. The chairs behind the Arcade are direct attached to the floor. This looks so odd. 😱 At least there should be a round plate beneath the chairs 😊
Thank you for these suggestions! They're great
7:06 I think the diagonal shaft running to the carousel has its u-joints out of phase. That's why the carousel is running a little jerky.
I'll double check. That's very likely. Thankfully an easy fix if that's the case. Thanks!
This might be basic, but I think lego should add more circle-spinning rides, like a teacups ride or even those swing and balloon rides where they take you high up. Also, a swinging pirate ship ride would be cool.
It is a huge sign, but it is a huge amusement park too and it looks great! Haven't seen it in real life, but it would be so much easier to accept a train delay if you could play arcade games while waiting for the train to arrive.
great job. its looking awesome also your park name sign thumbs up!
i like the Red Rollercoaster alot so i wish it this christmas
Nice
좋은 레고 도시입니다. 행복한 목요일 보내주세요!
(Korean Say "Good Lego City. Have a Happy Thursday!")
The amusement park has never looked better. It looks amazing.
I like what you did with the signs, the arcade and the bumper cars.
A prize booth would be cool to add to the arcade. There should be a wall on the train platform to separate it from the arcade. Also how do people gain admission into the park from the train platform?
The 4 × 4 road by the treehouse should connect to the road entering the residential area.
When will you work on the race track?
Love the arcade deffjnently ordering those arcade machines I have a traveling Lego funfair and I’m making an arcade!
Damn! I am just starting buying roller coaster this week (built) lol but will be inspired at age 71 to do a Amusement park thank you!
Wow amazing 👀😳great job , I think in next 5 years You need bigger house because every month new Lego set coming 😉🤣or maybe u need big castle to put all your legos , anyway great job bro keep it up
Hay alix nice one its cumeing a long .it's all starting to all cume together. Great up date vid ..what set you adding in next sanctum set ..or. Moc build .love the carnival part .
5:43 I think the nose of the Horizon Express clipped the stanchion.
The nose is slightly hitting the support on the outside of the track. That thing sticks out so darn far.
3:33 Alex, how does it make sense to have a train station like that? People who are riding the train can just come in wothout paying at the front of tge park...
During park hours there is a fare to pay at the door, otherwise they can walk through the park after hours. At least that's what the idea is.
@@alexnunes oh alr
Alex. The station is the only flaw. You had to make it bigger. Anyway, congratulations for your fabulous city
his lego display are so massive, the loopy roller coaster looks so small in them.
Hey Alex. Brilliant stuff here with your amusement park and I love that there is spca in the middle for people to walk around. I’m totally with you about some kind of water ride. I’ve been wanting to see that for a while. I have two thoughts/questions about your park. One, what about having food stands in the middle like many fairgrounds do? So as people walk down from the entrance to the end, they have food stands in either side. Two, did you ever consider trying to join the roller coasters to make them one? I’m sure someone has posted how to do that by now. I’m guessing not, because that would mean redoing the whole thing again. But it’s a neat thought.
The Zander land sign, think you should add one to the back “see you soon” “thanks for visiting “ something like that as sign doesn’t look good from the back, would solve the issue and add to the park
Good idea. I think that would be a good addition.
I would love to see you add a roto-drop tower (not actually sure if that’s what they’re called 🙈).. the one that lifts you straight up and drops you all from the top 😁 could be motorised and wouldn’t have a large footprint so it would be easy to add to Zander Land 😁
What if the river from the waterfall trickles into the pond in the middle of the four palms, and you have a tiny bridge going over the river since it’ll be cutting through the roundabout road. And maybe the four palms are could be heavily decorated with more shrubbery to give more oasis vibes
Put a circular 1x1 tile after the C on arcade sign so it's like pacman. ;)
😃
I’d like to see a drop ride in the future from lego.
off the ricochet
This is awesome!
Out of curiosity… would it be possible to connect the two rollercoasters in any way, to make them into one ride? (without loads of tweaking)
Yes, you can take the front left corner of the red coaster and swap it for the front right corner of the loop coaster. I have seen someone do it already and it looked pretty simple.
I would go to this amusement park if it was real :)
WOW, great layout. What was the white building at the beginning, it reminds me of the Los Angeles Mormon Temple?
That is a temple I built many years ago based on the Draper UT temple. It does look a bit like the LA temple though, you're right.
Oh, it’s Zanderland, I was thinking of Xanderland because you are Alex-Xander.
Four palms until a delorean crashes into one in the past and it becomes three palms.
Right!! haha
I would love to see either a tilt a whirl or tea cups
Ah, yes. Classic rides!
Is that Mama Papa Brickolini Pizzaria? Home of the Pizza Pie? :D
haha, yes!
maybe add some lights to the bumper cars and arcade area to be less dark from outside to look more lively
Great idea. I have plenty of elements to do that with.
Man... I need to make a sigfig so I can enjoy Zanderland myself! xD
Ive had a thought about the shortage of space in the city, wouldn`t the city have more space if you put it against the wall all around the basement and just had a walkpatch in the middle of the room and entery/exit where the stairs comes down? Big rebuild again I know, but I think it would free up a lot of space?
this is the man upstairs
I still miss an elevator for the people in a wheelchair!😪
The water ride oh I not Sean that build. A big dipper slide. .
The name Four palms kind of reminds me of the kind of reminds me of the twin/lone pines mall in back to the future
Hey Alex I'm a new subscriber but I used to watch your vids and I want to know where should I start in my Lego city. I'm thinking of building some stuff before I place it all down but what should I build first
To get started I recommend beginning with what you have. It may seem a bit unbalanced, but that's how mine was for many years. If you have more sets that are homes, then start with a residential area. If you have more boats, start with a marina. This will also drive you as to what you want to add next. Hope that helps.
@@alexnunes thank you
Just curious why you haven't put in the smaller ferris wheel and started Kiddieland ride section of rides with set number 31119 to start with
A kid area is a great idea. As usual, space is the issue with getting this in the park.
you need to make a gear box that splits the same motors power to 2 rods
Have you thought about adding a Disney castle in the amusement park?
Yes, but space is the main issue (and cost) If I want to get it, I better hurry. I think it is going to be retiring soon.
YOU nearly kill the kids at the Arcade lol Prob big safety issues bro
Were your bumper cars inspired by Robin Hood Bricks? I can see some resemblances.
Looks nice but can you wall off the arcade from the train station?
Yep, I think that would be a good addition. Thanks!
what did you do with the old white coaster that you had?
I used the pieces for the hospital, but I still have all the tracks. It is possible it will make a comeback, but I am not sure how or where right now.
