You put that in a small display case and hang it on the wall. I have seen "works of art" that cost ten times as much as that pen but are not half as beautiful. Stunning.

The glow purple Eco is amazing.. and as you say, a novelty because no, we don’t write in the dark… but I own both glow Ecos because I’m still 10 in my mind. 😂
I have a glow Benu and I will say I think more pens should glow. I never lose it.

I like the cookie and latte themed pens. It's a bit over my usual price range, but it's so spot on with the colours & design. Particularly the white one because it makes me think of coming back from school and drinking milk with biscuit crumbs in it 😋

I absolutely love the Stealth Purple Pro Gear, but the 40% premium over the standard Pro Gear is more than I can justify... price it below $400 like other limited/special editions and I'd be all over it!
Love my glow purple twisbi! I held back from buying the cookies and cream since I had already done 2 other orders that month 🫢 and am so upset they are gone! Looking forward to them being back in stock I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, just wish I saw it 2 days earlier 😂 when I had placed an order
The x159 is super surprising being this good for how cheap it is. It's in my daily rotation alongside a Lamy 2k and eyedroppered Prera. The X159 is super comfortable in hand, and the only real downside is the low ink capacity of being cartridge / cart-converter only. A piston, vacuumatic, or eyedropper version would be much more suitable for its girth.
The Pilot Vanishing Point color looks very much like Fiesta Red. Gorgeous pens!

The Jinhao X159 is a great pen, especially for the price. The nib is smooth and the nib size is a standout. Now if it came as a piston filler it would be phenomenal!
For the price the X159 is a great pen, and great value. Got one for the number eight nib, which looks great in proportion to the rest of the pen.
I have a black Jinhao X159 with a medium nib and I really enjoy it. I agree with your assessment on the body material choice. It's fun for signatures and quick notes but I think the X450/X750 is more appropriate for my hand size when it comes to longer writing sessions.
Will you be restocking the Sailor Northern Lights exclusive (medium nib)? Please say yes. 🤞

I bought aJinhao X159. It is a good pen, for $15 it is hard to beat. It’s no KOP or Montblanc, but for the price, why not add it to the collection.
Happy that I was able to grab the Iced Latte during the restock. Will the Cookies and Cream restock? I don't even see it on the website anymore, which I'm guessing means No, unfortunately...

Brian...I need a glow in the dark pen and yes I write in the dark watching my pen glow. Hmph ...lolz have both the Glow Green and the Glow Purple :)
So for those of us (or just... me?) who love Calligraphy / stub nibs, would y'all consider stocking some Manuscript bodies? It hurts my heart to buy the set because the body is light, which is GREAT for long-form Journaling, and the nib is fantastic, but I have 2 nibs laying around because I can't find more bodies. 🥺

I love the Sailor Pro Gear Stealth Purple - it is my first gold nib, and a 21K gold nib at that - but I find it hard to hold it as I write with it, apparently my fingers are too small. I wish the PGS also had a 21K gold nib, I would have gone for that instead. Perhaps more Goulet exclusive Sailor PGS with 21K gold nibs?

If you had glow in the dark ink to go in your glow in the dark TWSBI then you could write in the dark.
I want to have at least one of them :(

Am always amazed that the TWSBI Eco keeps making lists as my experience with that pen was very disappointing. I bought one from Goulet near the start of my fountain pen journey, it was scratchy as heck out of the box and the clear plastic around the feed developed stress cracks very quickly. I was able to tune up the nib somewhat with micro mesh to get it writing ok, but it soon into my “don’t really use it” pile…
That was my similar experience with Sailor. BIG letdown.
How long ago was that? Twisbi has upped their game considerably in recent years. Could be worth a revisit. My twisbi 580 punches we'll above it's price imo.
@@karenmyrie6215 Sailor isn’t known for their smooth nibs (although the 21Kt B on the K.O.Ps is… Orgasmic). They’re known for having a little feedback, but good feedback. You will feel the paper but it won’t dig into it. If you’re not into that kind of nibs, germans knows how to make something glass smooth. But be carefull, a nib too polished can have flow issues, which is why Sailor decided to go the feedback way
Honnestly… Same. They’re not awful, I use my Eco on a regular basis. But… Eeh.
My first pen ever was a GO (same nib as Eco) in EF and I was disapointed. Before that I tried Lamys in Broad and Pelikans Jazz which were very smooth. But my TWSBI EF wasn’t like I expected. It wasn’t ripping the paper appart, but close from it
My Eco is strange. Bought it F but it felt more like an M. But it was smooth I’ll give it that. It also rough starts if I let it uncapped on my desk even after 30 seconds but that’s on me (even though my Sailor Compass can last 5 minutes). But then, literally today, I found a crack on the bottom of the transparent acrylic part, right where the piston knob is… I bought it in September
In my opinion, TWSBI is hit-or-miss. Their higher-end models lend toward the hit, but you have to be carefull with their cheaper pens. Again they’re not bad products, they just need some little touches to make them live up to their expectation

Two types of fountain pens....the type that are professional and the other type that is fun, and I can see that you have no Parker fountain pens listed here so that to me says that all pens that you do list are for fun purposes only. I only use professional fountain pens and that's why I remain loyal to Parker.
I wonder how many dumb people tried to microwave those Benu Euphorias thinking they can drink them.
Never buy the Jinhao. Worst thing ever.
