I hope you are doing well! Here is a more in depth and step by step video on how to mount a natural stone or crystal on a ring for that very raw organic look!
In this video I will be working with Malachite stone. Upon looking up properties on Google :) I found out that: "Malachite is the essence of joy and is known as the "stone of transformation" because it helps reveal and heal emotional pain by absorbing the pain into itself. It is especially helpful in bringing ease during times of change and gives the insight needed for personal growth".
And now I know why Universe sent me a whole bag of those! lol
Anyway - you don't have to use malachite if you don't have one - you may use any natural crystal for this DIY jewelry soldering project. Amethyst, clear quartz will be perfect.
I decided to spice up the design by using another element - a mans made rhinestone as I really liked the juxtaposition of these tow stones.
I will be making more tutorials soon for jewelry and art related.
I hope I inspired you to create something cool or try something new today!
    Hugs!
    Eugenia :)

Hi Axiza! So glad I was able to help! I get my ring basis from downtown LA. There are some options on Amazon as well you can get a few rings for $10. They’re also very good options on Etsy they would be a little bit more pricey but better quality and you can choose the material to be silver or brass etc. I would go with stainless steel options first because that’s the one that will be the most easiest to work with in terms of adding sorter onto the ring😊

Hi! Thank you so much! I buy ring base separately. But the actual ring setting is done my wrapping copper foil around the stone and then adding solder. So that part I make :)
