lol, literally typing RR buildings when you said it....had to show my architect his videos b4 she understood what I was telling her. Edit : The lumber company you order the trusses from will give you the engineering specs of the trusses as long as you give them the length, the O.C requirement, and the wind/snow loading required by your locality. As well mine even came with the bracing schedule too...
We did call a company about the trusses the day after filming this video and found out they would provide the engineered, stamped drawings for $200 if we buy the trusses from them. We are weighing our options. This company does metal trusses, as opposed to wood. So we are going over the pros and cons now. So much to think about!
