How do you get to work at so many amazing cafés? It boggles my mind to see you work and has actually inspired me to get a job as a barista at my local coffee place! Thank you so much for your content, imma continue zoning out to this video
You can work sort of freelance as a barista. Many baristas will take shifts at different cafes, the cafes might be running a low permanent staff and just hire freelance baristas to fill in the gaps. There are some platforms online that facilite it
I just started as a barista, and your videos really fascinates me to get into this job. Please do a tutorial on how to properly steam milk and do latte art, it would be a great help for newbies like me. Thank you and God Bless!❤️
This has to be the best café i've seen so far. So much thought going into the coffee. Not trying to produce as many coffees as possible and pouring sugar in it to compensate for horrible thing they just made. I hope to visit these some day.
Hey I’m new to this I absolutely do love the content, please do more videos like this for sure!!! I do like how you work in a different environment and still make excellent coffee content, and ofc; more Latte Art😍 I am truly inspired!
36:22 man, that matcha was poured so beautifully over the milk it ended up being like a snowy forest. Never tried matcha. Wonder what it tastes like. Btw I watched the whole video, and never got bored :D
This is so enjoyable to watch, how do you get to work in so many different cafes? It's great variety for us watching and I guess you have some fun trying out different equipment. Take care, and keep on pouring them coffees 👏
love the thumbnail ❤, always love your long POV video , its Very relaxing video , and your work behind the bar , motivate me to improve my skill of making coffee and reminded me to always clean the equipment and the counter after making coffee☺ , thank you❤
So awesome. Ever tried to add blue tack to the lighter portafilter so that they weight the same so you don't have to tare each time? Good work all round as usual though mate
Unrelated, but whoever hasn't had oat milk - it is DELICIOUS. I actually drink both cows milk and oat milk, and much prefer oat milk. The flavor and the creaminess is crazy, I find the full fat oatly oat milk creamier than full fat milk, or perhaps equally as creamy.
bro my boss would kill me if i dare to steam anything else than milk xD we even have a special milk steamer for any other kind of milk we use (6) xD hes crazy
I wouldn't want my barista to hold my straw with his hands when there's obviously a big chunk of paper he can grab on to. Been the second video I've seen from him and I don't really know how long he's been doing this but I also get dizzy from his POV style lol. No hate tho!
Poor bar design. You should not have to turn your back to grab some stuff all the time. 2 steam modules and 2 groups are redundant. Instead the cafe owner should put grinder and tamping station on the espresso machine side to let the barista achieve more seamless workflow.
Great work done there ! I saw that when you put a straw in a coffee, you let the upper side untouched. Is it an hygiene thing or style or anything else ? I'm curious to know ! I hope you get at least the same fun and chill vibes as you give us !! Keep it up ! Edit : I have the same a signet ring ! I mean... Obviously not the same ^^' but the same shapes :D Love it !
- Milk not being measured accurately, you're wasting way too much, and the way you shake milk containers isn't correct, you're just creating bubbles. - Wiping clothes are stored in a wrong (shouldn't be stored under the counter), they should be kept hanging in a place where they can be air-dried. - Tissues & coffee beans are kept on the floor!

5:43 Woah those are so cool :O what are those called? I am brand new to coffee and I just use an aero press but I'd like to have a real machine for when I get my house this Christmas but I am not sure what to get but I'd like something like that, clean and minimal but something more impactful with that barista vibe, the aeropress is fine but I feel like it doesn't quite catch that feel or taste and I'd like to run a cafe one day cause I really enjoy those vibes :)
The efficiency and ergonomics of this set up hurts my back.

HAHAHAH FR, IVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR OF THESE

That american lady in the background said like um like 100 billion times. omg
I was just thinking about how the average person can talk so much without actually saying anything. Exactly like NPCs.
And like
That’s funny cause I was about to say the same thing I was actually counting on how many times she said like
Probably the most irritating video in the world, like, u know, like, soooo irritating, omg, like, no way!

He doesn't answer questions about this. I don't know why he won't engage with his viewers.
He's perfectly valid not to, seems like a side hobby uploading to YT

Watching this while I’m on my break working at Starbucks 😂

Saudações do Brasil!!!
the espresso spill on the mod bar was tragic
It is interesting when the grams in coffee are observed, but at the same time the approximate amount of milk is poured )
I bet this one would be quite the workout from all the slight sit-ups and/or reaching downs parts of the shift
love this dude on tiktok
so coozy this video, thanks!

They are distributors, they help the coffee flow properly and help prevent channeling (where the water flows more on one side causing poor extraction)
