Wow this is sick Can you do a toturial on how to 360 on the cable I can do it on the boat but not cable because I never go to cable but I'm gonna start going so maybe one day I can see you at OWC.
Great tutorial man! I’m a bit confused with the landing part after I hit big air. I m trying to get these to be low impact. When I land, should I keep my legs straight and go down on my knees when the board hits the water or should I bend the knees all the time through the air and when the board hits the water. I heard in another video that I shouldn’t lock my knees ( i m not sure what that means) does it mean that i shouldn’t keep my legs straight? I would be so grateful for some guidance on that part. great video and thank you! ( I may have injured myself on a landing so im trying to fix my mistake)
Your knees should be more or less bent depending on where you’re at. First scenario(absorbing the kicker)- knees slightly bent and bend them a lot over the kicker. Second scenario (small kicker hit)- slight bent knees, as you’re landing you can bend your knees more to cushion the impact. Third scenario (big jump)- knees really bent, extend at the top of the kicker, once you’re in the air you should bend your knees slightly. And like the second scenario, bend your knees as you’re landing to soften the impact. Continuing your edge away from the cable softens the impact as well. Hope that helps and hope you have a speedy recovery! 😃
Same techniques apply to bigger kickers, you’ll just be in the air longer. I would recommend 1. Absorb small kicker 2. Ride over small kicker 3. Pop off small kicker Then do the same for a big kicker 4. Absorb 5. Rider over 6. Pop And remember to absorb your knees on landing edging away from the cable for a softer landing. 😃🙌

Timmy is trying it tomorrow
Let’s go Timmy! 🙌❤️🔥🔥🔥
What about a bigger kicker?
Same techniques apply to bigger kickers, you’ll just be in the air longer.
I would recommend
1. Absorb small kicker
2. Ride over small kicker
3. Pop off small kicker
Then do the same for a big kicker
4. Absorb
5. Rider over
6. Pop
And remember to absorb your knees on landing edging away from the cable for a softer landing. 😃🙌
How about a video about getting big air off the kicker
2:07 ❤️🙌 wait longer, edge harder with knees bent and extend at the top of the kicker 😃
