@@xMindPrintsx I tried the 44mm stainless. It looks really awesome, but I felt it was too heavy and a bit too big. I returned it, but in terms of looks, it really does look great.
@@xMindPrintsx No, I wanted to try the 40mm aluminum but they were out, so I ended up buying nothing. Keep in mind though that I don't generally like wearing watches, so anything that I can't at least kind of forget I'm wearing is a no go. You should definitely try it on before buying if possible.

So now I have bought a 44mm active 2 stainless steel (after this vid) which should be delivered today and hope it's baby bears porridge ....just right. Thanks for the vid!

Well I’ll have both to see which on grows on me. For now the 40mm just doesn’t cut it and I’ve been using it this week. I also use a golf app on it and the screen is just a little too small for me to enjoy it on the course. Plus I like the look of the stainless steel. Most of my normal watches like Tags and Seikos are above 42mm crowns with 42mm being the smallest so I guess it’s a matter of personal preference. For sports and fitness smaller maybe more practical but I like something more substantial. I didn’t know about the SS versions until I saw your vid so thanks anyway! I’ll report back after I collect the 44mm hopefully today

Note the protective cover on opening is paper based and not plastic so clearly they are trying to reduce plastic use in packaging guys, which is great guys.

Samsung is constantly out here calling polished aluminum “stainless steel”. They can actually get in a lot of trouble for it. They do it with their phones too.
@@annabellewallis291 there were a few video comparisons I’ve seen between the raw stainless steel sides of the iPhone X compared to the “stainless steel” (but really polished/anodized aluminum) sides of the Galaxy devices through the years. I think they’re now mixing stainless steel and aluminum, but it does not appear to be 100% stainless steel. I think it still looks fantastic and you shouldn’t worry. You got a great watch =)
I have the 44mm one. I am TINY! my wrist is the size of a child's. It fits comfortably on my wrist. The band that comes with the non LTE is SUPER comfortable.
I hate how any watch after the Huawei watch 1 has a black rear side which makes it look cheap from the side angle! only Huawei watch 1 looks truly premium thanks to being ss all the way

I currently have the Gear S3 Frontier and love the size on my wrist, but battery is no longer lasting a full day. It arrives today. We'll see if i keep it. I LOVE my Frontier and the size. I prefer big watches even though my wrists are small.

No, the the samsung watch series works best on samsung phones and if your phone isnt even android (iOS) I recommend getting either the apple watch or any other watch that tickles your fancy (Sorry that this wasnt the best answer but I'm simply not the biggest in the smartwatch community)

The bigger box is because of the leather strap. The aluminum one comes with a silicone/rubber band, preinstalled that is clasped and wrapped around the box with the charger in it, whereas the leather strap does not come preinstalled to the watch, but rather in a separate box to prevent creases in the leather.
Did we really need to weigh it to know that stainless steel would weigh more!🙄 The leather band looks like garbage. Better off buying the silicone band option and yse the money you'll save to purchase a substantial leather band separately.🤭😉
