thumbs up for quoting the wrist size in cm aswell
*yay!*
Thank god
Indeed.. thank god.
I second this. After all, most of the world uses the metric system
Thank heavens I saw your video before my watch arrived in the mail! I ordered the 44 mm version thinking that it would be easier to use and somehow completely forgot how massive it would look on my skinny wrist. I cancelled the order and will be buying the smaller version once the matter has been resolved.
Was going to get the 44mm for the girlfriend for Christmas but didn't realize it was that big. Thanks for the video. You saved having to return the watch for the 40mm one 👍
*glad my video helped you from headache returning it!*
thanks for the great comparison! My wrist is 6" and I almost made the mistake of ordering the 44mm.
Hahaha Ben10 😂
I think the 40 is the way to go. It needs to be sleek and smooth.
Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you
A great video. It helped me a lot in choosing the right size. Thank you!
Thank you! I just received mine and I was thinking the 40 mm was small, and I was thinking on sending it back, but the 44 is way to big,my wrist is just like yours,I'll stay with my 40mm.
Helpful video, thank you. The lug location on the wrist was also the deciding factor on which size of Watch 4 to get. The 44mm would have put the lugs to far out on the edge of my wrist, causing the band to not fit right.
@54car54 it's my situation now too
I'm buying the watch 4 and my wrist is 16 cm
Something to consider, battery 🔋life. You will get more battery life with the 44. Especially if you're going for the LTE version.
But you have a more big screen too
more pixels, more power consumption.... so i think battery life is balanced 40 vs 44
If the lugs poke out past your wrist, the watch is too big. Honestly, 40mm will be big enough for 99% of wrists and guys with 6½" or smaller wrists, it will probably be too big. I have a 8½" wrist and most of my watches in my collection are around 40mm. The lug to lug is really more important than the width of the dial/face.
This vid helped me decide on the 40mm. My wrist measures same as yours. Great content..
Thanks for that video...i have the exact same wrist size and need to decide whether to take the 40 or 44mm version...now its VERY clear :-)
*you're more than welcome!*
Very helpful, thank you!
Especially the diagram with the position of the lugs. Makes sense.
thanks, i ended up go with the 40mm almost made the mistake of getting 44mm. I tried the 44mm in the shop and it looked big my wrist are the same as your this confirms it. 40mm for 16.5com wrist
How does 40mm look on your wrist? It does not look too small, does it? My wrist is 15.5cm. What do you suggest?
@@bibek_thapa Hi,
Did you order the 40mm or 44mm because i too have a wrist size between 15cm and 16cm.
This is so helpful, thank you for taking the time!
I'm right in the middle between both sizes. Wish they made it in 42mm! Lol. Went ahead and ordered 44mm since it looks more manly, more battery life, and easier to read.
Update: I received my 44mm and it looks great. It is not too big at all. Glad I did not go with the smaller 40mm. If your wrist is 6.75"+ go with 44mm.
The Hunted my wrist size in 16cm .is 44 mm suit for me???
@@abdulhafeelkk3685 Tough call. That is borderline wrist size. You would have to use the first hole on the strap with the 44mm watch. I use the third hole for my 17.5 cm wrist (There are ten holes total). Maybe for you the 40mm might look and fit best overall. But you could still make the 44mm work if you desired the bigger screen.
The Hunted 🤗🥰
@@abdulhafeelkk3685 no , i've daniel wellington watch 40 mm and looks nice normal big on my 16 cm wrist so
I have the same small wrists. Thanks for the info! 40mm for me. 👍🎅🎁❄️🎄⛄
Think the 44mm looks fine on your wrist the screen on the 40mm abit small
Good video. I have a seiko watch that is around 43mm and sits well. 40mm might just be too small , same wrist size !
40 looks way better.
Thanks for the video.
This video helped a lot brother, thanks a lot! We need more creators like you.
thx a lot for this video, it's very good for my desicion...
Thank you very much for your wonderful video. My wrist size is also the same as yours. So 40mm is perfect for me.
thank you my friend , the video its very helpful !
VERY helpful! Thank you!
Hi!
1.) What size is best to buy for watch active 2 ?
2.) Is it better to invest in the stainless steel version?
3.) If it is extremely hot or cold weather, would your skin burn on both aluminum or stainless?
*no difference with hot or cold weather go for the aluminum version!*
Thanks man! very helpful!
Thank you very much bro
I do not know my wrist size but I tried the 44 mm and even when using the first hole, it was loose. I think that is an indication that 40 mm would be a better choice for me? Down side is the battery life and smaller screen :(
@@hannahjones6417 That's what I did! Went for the 44 mm with a replacement strap.
@@Mobin27A Not sure. I bought it off some one who already had the accessory. I think the strap is 44 mm because it perfectly fits.
Just what I was looking for thanks!
This was super helpful. Thank you!
*you're more than welcome!*
Great video for 6.5 wrist guys!
Really helpful bro !! Keep it up 😁
This was very helpful. 44mm is way too big. I think it looks too big even for someone with a big wrist. Looks like a toy on their wrist.
*glad my video helped you. thanks for watching!*
I disagree. It's personal preference really. I thought exactly like you when I upgraded from active 1 40 mm to active 2 44mm. First few days it felt like way to big on my wrist (16.5 cm). After week or two I used to it and when I tried active 1 40mm it looked like I took my son watch from kindergarden :P Now I feel 44m is spot on!! Most important thing, YOU have to feel good about it! If it's not comfortable go to gym or trade your watch ;P
Some people just have flat wrists. But some people are just massive overall, including their forearms. That's what the 44mm is for.
Wow thank you for this! I have almost the same wrist size as yours ahaha
*awesome so now you relate how it would look like on your wrist eh*
@@YourTechGuide. yupp i have a 17cm wrist and bcs of this i might have the extra money to get some cool straps 👌
My wrist is 15 cm. I ordered the 40mm but now I am reading some bad reviews about the battery... Is it better to change it to 44mm?
*bigger watch equals bigger battery. 40mm will get you through a day and by the end of the day you charge it so its ready for the next day. where as for 44mm it will give you another extra 10 to 12hrs more*
What do you suggest for a female with a 7 inch wrist?
*either 40mm or 44mm. your one of the rare one that can go either size*
I like your channel very cool and all about tech and smartwatches
Thank you!
SO HELPFUL THANKS!
Not only the watch size. The straps are different. The 44mm got a very long strap.
Thanks this video helped cleared some stuff up for me
I really want the 44mm watch for the larger battery and screen size but my wrist falls right around 7 inches and I do have pictures of me wearing both sizes in store and I think I can see that the 44mm is a little too big (or exactly as wide as my wrist). But I rather the watch look more like a watch than an awkward gadget on my wrist
Maybe I should try them on again, currently saving up for the watch though as I still have a watch I can use (nothing fancy, Fitbit Inspire HR)
And about square watches?
Kindly Suggest some dope Watch Faces.
Big fan ❤❤🔥. Love ur videos.
Can someone help me, I am currently undecided about which size to go. My wrist is 17cm but I am not sure if I should go with the 40mm or 44. Is there anyone who could help me or might have the same size of wrist?
Hi. Being the 40mm smaller than the 44mm, ¿is it noticeable the resolution difference? Thanks and cheers.
What a great video! Thanks
*thanks for watching!*
I saw that the battery changes between the two models, for this reason do you think it is better to choose 44mm? my wrist size is the same as yours
Thank you
Is there a smartwatch that is 36mm? My wrist is thin like 5.7inches. And im male.
Great video sir!
Dude, did you read my mind?? Haha thanks, was needing exactly it
Excelent video, thanks for your work
I have same wrist size as your and I never wear watch over 36mm.
I have wrist size 6.7inches but still want 46mm watch. Will it look ugly , very bigger?
Could have put 1 on each hand for a side by side comparison.
Thanks.
Wish I got this video before 5 days when i was so confused picking the right choice for my skinny wrist 6.3 inches.. but recieved mine 44 mm active 2 before 2 days.. anyways informative video
*sorry my friend wish i could have made this video long time ago. hows the 44mm on your wrist?*
@@YourTechGuide. looks amazing but still little bulky.. was planning for watch 3 45mm but that would be more bulkier so bought 44 watch active 2
*41mm watch 3 would be a perfect size for you.*
Thanks, that was very helpful
*you're more than welcome!*
Thanks you help me so match👍😉
thanks for the great video! what kind of watch face do you use in the video? (0:06) it's very minimal.
Tbh I didn't even realize and I got a 40 mm. I have a 170 mm wrist, almost the same as yours, and I guess I lucked out. The big screen does look a bit tacky.
Thank you very much!
Good info, thanks!
*you're more than welcome!*
Super helpful 👌thanks!
44 looks good on ur ams
where did you get that watch face?
What would you suggest for me? 7.5inch/19cm
44mm should be good for you
Thanks man 👍
Hi I wanted to find out how the 40mm battery handles the LTE version?
*go check out my videos.*
@@YourTechGuide. The problem you show in the video is that you are only using LTE if you also connect Bluetooth for headphones how the battery will behave,
I just need a quick review with whether or not the LTE version is worth it, I'm just going to order from another country and it's a bit expensive so I will not just waste money and I will be sure of the choice Thank you, With the watch can generally least unti 1/2 combined with LTE and Bluetooth?
Great video 👍👍
Where I can get this watch face?
The bigger one looks fine to me on your wrist
skinny wrists too! thank you for the video.
I agree to you Mr YTG. So i think you dont need the big one..just throw it to me😁👍🙏✌🏻
*ahahaha*
Im just trying😁✌🏻
What kind of bear wrist diagrame is this? 6 inch wrist diameter...
I'm assuming it's cm not inches.
Or it meant to say circumference?
Can I find the size from Internet?
My wrist is 5.9 inches which one would you recommend
40
Tysm
Is the 40 mm the smallest?
Yes, I believe so. There are only 2 sizes.
very good video thumbs up
Is it possible to get watch 3 stock face especially weather face
*im not sure about that i need to check out the watch store if i can. anyways ill just rcvd my 41mm watch 3 today. unboxing and setting it up will be coming out soon!*
@@YourTechGuide. sounds good :)
@@YourTechGuide. don't you have giveaway :)
my arm is 18 cm so is my size 44 mm right?
*just follow what the chart says or how you feel it looks like on your wrist*
i'm very lucky because my wrist between these two categories (7,09), and I don't know again what to do((
*in that case try both and see which one looks good on your wrist*
Perfect. Ty
Do you think you have a slim wrist? Hold my beer... Thanks for this video man, i was worried about not picking the 44mm but i see thats too big for me.
Is there any difference between 40mm and 44mm on battery life?
the 44mm does have larger battery capacity.. but it's proportional to the larger display's need for power. You may not notice a significant difference.
Thank youuu
Slim wrist with 40mm is perfect
Hi bruda, I'm have a 16 cm and around 6 inch wrist, what size u recommend me? pls let me know its urgent
U should know! Steel silver looks like 38mm because bumper color. Dont gorget
Is it good for an 8 inches wrist with 40mm watch?
Very nice
*thanks for watching!*
1:43 must be on the bigger side and uncut preferably, a-thank-you

*ahahaha*
I'm a 12 year old with a tiny wrist size😂Do you think even 40mm will fit 😂🤣🤣
*whats your measurements?*
@@YourTechGuide. I haven't measured it I can make a video with my wrist size?
It's funny, it says wrist "Diameter" in the picture😅
