  • Over the past 10 years, I've been working on my morning routine and movement. I studied with coaches like Paul Chek, Scott Sonnon, Ryan Hurst, Mark Verstegen. This is a mesh of different movements to warm up every joint in your body. You can follow along and play this video daily or memorize it and move through it in 10-15 minutes.
    Working every joint in your body is a great way to pump synovial fluid and provide blood flow into all your joints. I believe it is the fountain of youth.
