Be more than happy to matey, we get quite a few people sending their vehicles down to us from all over the place.
      Appreciate you watching the videos

Hahah Just say the word and I’ll take the valvoline seat off your hands mate. look at it taking up space and being a trip hazard.. I just want you to be safe
did the series 1 Buicks have the same thermostat setup and the rubber gasket or was it something else?

It’s such a good chair aye. When doing mates four wheel drives with roof racks that I can’t lift the hoist to full height, I just sit in that chair and work under the cars that way haha.
Nah different setup again mate. The L67 actually runs both an O ring around the thermostat, as well as a gasket

@@cassarindustries_wheelwerk from my time spent sitting on the chair at work I do agree 😂 at least you’re getting good use out of it though haha.
Oh right I see I see. Interesting. Thanks for the info. I don’t recall any of that mentioned in either of haynes, Gregory’s or ellerys books, which are pretty broad in general :(

      Hahahah……. No. Just no 😆
Some of the earlier buicks did.
L67 you actually are supposed to run an o ring and a gasket .
If there is a wider recess in the lower housing, then usually it’s o ring and gasket. Smaller recess is just gasket. Basically if the thermostat diameter is the same as the recess then just run a gasket. But if the recess is a bit deeper and bigger diameter, then use an o ring also
