Flick is the most underrated coach.
He won EVERYTHING with Bayern. ALL 6 possible titles within 1 year.
Barcelona fans should be encouraged with the immediate impact that Hansi Flick has already had on the team. It’s very early in the season, the way in which they’re playing so far has been impressive despite the fact that they’ve had a lot of injuries, they’re using a bunch of teenagers and in the transfer window he hasn’t signed all of the players that he wanted and on the pitch, they’re absolutely cooking.
There’s a direct approach about their style of play from an attacking perspective as yes they’re still a possession based team, but they play much faster they press very high up the pitch and he has been able to utilize what he has at his disposal to his effect and he has also been risk taking with his starting lineup. Their 7-0 win against Real Valladolid before the international break is a prime example of how Barcelona are supposed to be playing week in week out against teams they should be beating as from start to finish they produced a perfect performance everyone was having fun and were able to express themselves and with how threatening they were going forward, they would’ve scored more than 7 goals and while I’m not throwing any shade at Xavi, with the plethora of talent that they had, they were capable of playing a better brand of football because as important as it is to win games, at the same time, for a club that’s been known for playing a cohesive style of attacking football, it’s not good enough to be scraping by results against these sort of opposition as that worked when they won the title in 2023 when they were barely conceding goals, at the end of the day, it was never sustainable for them. So far, he has been able to bring out the best in a lot of players and some of them under him have elevated their game or have gotten back to their best.

Lamine Yamal is just too good and it’s hard to believe that at the age of 17, he’s playing as if he’s a world class player as on current form; he’s arguably the best pure winger in the world and with him recently nominated for the Ballon Dor, it’s a sign of things to come for him and after his brilliance for Barcelona last season and then taking the EUROs by storm, at the start of this season, he has shown no signs of slowing down, Robert Lewandowski under his former manager has rediscovered his scoring form as he has 4 goals in 4 games and he has led the line so well and his strengths as a poaching striker are better utilized in a different system, there were some mixed opinions about the signing of Dani Olmo as on one hand they signed a player who’s very good and on the other hand they didn’t need him and in the midst of a financial situation where they weren’t sure if he was even going to be registered which is part of why they got rid of Ilkay Gundogan who was one of their best players last season as it took an injury to one of their players for him to be registered, they went out and paid over 60 million for him when there were other positions in the team that needed to be strengthened and on top of that, in a team that’s struggling with injuries, they added an injury prone player who has picked up 9 injuries in the last 3 seasons. He’s going to be a good signing for Barcelona and he has significant improved their attack from last season and he’s gotten off to a great start and yes he came from their academy, it feels as if he’s been playing on their team for years. Raphinha has also been in top form as he’s been useful to the team no matter what position he’s been asked to play whether it’s as an attacking midfielder or on the left wing, Pedri in a double pivot is pulling the strings from midfield when he’s fully fit and before his ACL injury, Marc Bernal another academy player looked as if he was going to have his breakout season as a result of them not going out and signing a defensive midfielder and just when they finally found one, he got injured. Their defense has also been very good, Pau Cubarsi is the real deal and he’ll become a top defender one day and Jules Kounde is an elite right back even though traditionally, he’s not a right back.
Imagine what this team is going to look like when they’re very close to being at full strength because Barcelona are going to be an even better team than they are now when everyone is healthy. As much as we want to give Flick credit for the way he’s come in and made an impression, we shouldn’t forget that Xavi set the team up perfectly for the future as despite their issues financially, he gave a lot of academy players a chance and they were able to sign players even if they weren’t sure about whether or not they’ll be registered to play and this led to them making progress in the short term with the way they won La Liga in 2023. He helped them out in their most difficult period in their history, here’s the thing with Xavi, he didn’t do a bad job, from a longevity perspective, he wasn’t the right manager to take Barcelona to the next level and he has handed the keys over to Flick and he has worked his magic and we have to hope that they’re able to sustain their current form since their squad is more than good enough to achieve big things this season domestically and in Europe.
This man deserves 10k likes but that won’t happen because people are illiterate
Love or hate Laporta, he made the right call in bringing in Hansi Flick. The improvement in a team with arguably a worse roster (because so many of the starters are injured) he has been undefeated except that snafu at the Gamper and the Milan match which they lost in PKs. If he can do that with such a thin squad I have full confidence that we are on the right track at Barça. I'm grateful to Xavi for his work but Flick is a necessary upgrade and seeing as though he basically came because Laporta and Pini Zahavi are bffs (even if he told everyone it was Deco's doing) and after knowing that before the winter we I'll be at 1/1 rule and can bring in some reinforcement then I think having only Olmo and Paul Victor as signings was a smart move.
well Xavi also had 4 wins in a row when he took over, with 2-3 goals conceded, let's see how we hold up after the flick honeymoon phase ends, but I'm optimistic because I think relationism, direct football and insane physio can really make Barca a monster team
@@web.deslgnerXavi’s first full season was amazing, he had the best defense in Europe

Lewandowski still deserves the Ballon d’Or for 2020 👑 🏆 ⚽️
Gündogan was a brake to be released.
Always love the Barca content you post. ❤💙
Xavi is a legend, but he didn't lay any foundations, instead the club took two backward steps. Koeman was doing the same, he also gave opportunities to youngsters. That's bot how you judge a manager. Sure he won laliga but the way he did it, was actually wasn't the right thing to do, while playing his 1-0 antics, Barca lost a bit of it's identity along the way, that in my view was a backwards step.
Another banger ❤

Just got injured 😢
W video
5:12 I disagree with that. The way he tackled was clearly because of his immaturity. Tackling like that is not advised by medics because you're clearly putting more rotation on your knee that leads to ACL tear. So, a part of the reason was because he was overplayed. Obviously, a youngester will make that kind of mistake. But i don't blame Flick for this, I think the club's management is at fault for not signing a CDM. Bernal could've been slowly developed and integrated into the team
Let’s make it to December before we start. How many injuries or fatigue worries occurred already.

Bro is barca is 2nd greatest football club after real
27 seconds in….THE BEST PLAYER OF LAST SEASON WAS RAPHINA, I’m a huge Raphina fan and have never understood why nobody gives him his flowers. Last year guy killed it, especially at the end of the season. Had like 6-8 games straight with G/A in all competitions from Napoli all the way to second leg with PSG. I dare to say Raphina is one if not the MOST underrated rated player in Europe. The guy defends, no matter where or time of game. The guy runs no matter where or time of game. The guy can play you both wings. The guy can play you behind 10. The guy can play you both mid wings. The guy has passion, character. The guy can give you an assist and can score you bangers. The guy can defend VERY well 1 on 1. He can make you the runs you need. Can give you a DECENT free kick. The Guy is CLASS…and half of the fans wanted him gone. I repeat Raphina WAS the best player of last year. You don’t agree, well Raphina IS THE BEST PLAYER OF THE TEAM RIGHT NOW NO ARGUMENT🔥🔥
When Barca won their first post-Messi league title the two players who had the most decisive contributions that won the points were by far Lewandowski and Raphina, the others were far below them. Maybe some shallow people just don't like his face or something.
I mean raphina's contributions last year were appreciated for like a whole section later in the video so it would help if you actually watched the video before sprinting to comment. Also raphina had some high moments but he also had some very low moments. I felt Gundogan was the most consistent and he also had created the most chances despite having to adapt his role.
@pedtalkssports I mean I did watched the video completely, but like I said 7 seconds in and that was my opinion/counter argument to your opinion/claim with or without your mention. Don’t understand why you sound butthurt about me going into the comment section 7 seconds into the video and disagree with your opinion. You welcome for the comment I guess?
Raphina high and low moments. I mean I think 3/4 of players in Europe right now go through high and low moments. Out of the top 4 ballon d or favorites 3 had high and low moments throughout the season (the 1 Rodri). After our 2 GOATS moving on, I think having high and low moments are going to become more and more common among all players. Let’s look at Mbappe, like him or not the best player in the world. His last 2-3 months haven’t been of that standard. PSG last legs he was ok, euros was ehhh, Madrid horrendous, and this last 2 international games ehhh. I think we going to have to get use to those high and low moments
Olmo injured again lol
I think Dani Olmo's problem with injuries has more to do with team Spain and the minutes that him and the rest of the Barca players are 90 mins our guys need rest horribly even Lewy
Ask Gundo for us, isn't he your brother 😅😅😅

Barca has to start appreciating Koeman and Bartemeu. For the later he brought in Pedri, Frenkie. Then Koeman believed in La masia too. he believed in Nico, Gavi Minguesa, Ansu, Abde, R. Araujo Balde, E. Garcia S. Dest, etc.
Then Xavi began laying down those landmarks of winning days ones more. He believed in la Maria but not to the level of koeman. He sticked with Lamine Y. , Firmin and Curbasi and Hector Fort that even a non footballer can tell these four are of exceptional quality. He wanted Olmo, and Eric Garcia. But he didn't gave many of the kids time to make mistakes like Koeman did. You can see in his treatment with Ansu, Abde, Minguessa, Nico, Balde, Pablo Torre, J. Araujo, Sergino Dest, and lately Victor Roque.
Today, Flick just continued on what Koeman and Xavi had laid. It's going to yield more results because the kids have made mistakes and learned from them already at very young ages. Now they are fast to understand instructions from a coach, and they have learned how to win.thus Flicks job is easier than that of Koeman and Xavi.
So Barca should be grateful to Bartemeu, Koeman, Laporta, Almany, Deco, Xavi, and all the players from that period until now who have all worked very hard to make post -Messi era consequences becoming so short.
Eff Bartomeu!!! What are you smoking??? Singlehandedly caused the club meltdown and bankruptcy. It's going to be another 5 seasons before his mess is cleaned up
