Where is the end of the video on putting the rest of the parts in the printer because i purchased this v2 upgraded nipple and im missing something thing doesnt go back together do you leave a bunch of factory parts out of the printer
@@JaQ-c7s hopes its as easy as he showing it. Because am on my 2nd conversion. And am having problems getting the printhead guard on without it falling off. i silicone it just like the vid.
@@tonyjenkins71 unfortunately, I don’t think there will be a video per the note at the bottom of the printhead upgrade page on the BCH site. This looks like a game changer, but without additional video help, I’m not gonna risk damaging my printer.
If your damper is secured by the base, not the plastic clip on the top, you probably can use it. Also, it has to be short enough to fit in. From the ones I tested, only one kind of damper works.
Kevin great video. I have a l18050 printer & i encounter both white channels disappearing in nozzle check then i replace both the dampers & my issue resolved for few days .. is changing the manifold help to resolve my issue ?
Will this work for DTF converter printers?
This is what it is designed for.
Can the silicone you use be of any kind?
No. Use the ones that do not conduct electricity when wet. Otherwise you are risking burning your printhead.
Can you make this for xp15000
Done. It's on my website bchtechnologies.com.
Woah Kevin this is awesome.
😊 thanks

Made more videos on this.
This is pretty cool... so just to be clear, does the nipple conversion work with the stock dampers, or do the dampers need replacing as well?
Just realized. You have to use only his dampers. he should put a video up. showing it works.

I put out more videos.

It could. The screen mesh on the ink inlet prevents the white ink going through and very easy to get clogged.
