Perhaps you should check your sources….highest tax rate is 33% so giving people incorrect information is very irresponsible.
Maybe at tax time it is, after deductions but at the source regular paychecks it can be as high as 55% tax initially. I know. I've had that much taken off a paycheck
Know that you'll need a good vehicle- although the city is built on bedrock, the roads are terrible.
They arent Great! But thats becauase of our winters! I love the winters! Small price to pay

Vale and Glencore will possibly merger for the first time. That's not good for Sudbury. Lots of jobs will be lost.
why is the blasting tremors(3 times a day) and sulfuric gases never talked about?
The blasting really depends where you live!! Most neighborhoods never feel it! As for the sulfuric acid, not sure if you were aware but the mining indurstry has chnaged a lot and its no longer a factor the city is not affected by it at all!

Yes! There are tons of opportunity for part time jobs. Mostly fast food and retail!!

But lately I am seeing a lot of negatively spread that sudbury is not good for international students .
Many Of them suggested me to not choose sudbury as accommodation and weather conditions are big problem over there.
What do think? Please shed some light about it
@@HrugvediPatil-ds5cm Yep! But accommodations are an issue everywhere in Canada right now!! Weather is cold here, but its cold everywhere in Canada. A bit warmer in Toronto, but they still get snow and really cold days! Sudbury is the better option for affordability.

City is run down, roads are a disgrace, money is mismanaged by an incompetent city council, pan handlers all over the shabby downtown. Move to espanola instead. A far cleaner and safer city.
City just bought up a bunch downtown! Its getting a lot better! Espanola is nice to just quite small!
You forgot to mention that Sudbury is a dump.

Two major factors!
Corruption at city hall and high taxes to make you homeless.
Run as fast and as far as you can!
There is corruption in every city and homeless in every city unfortunately. You can choose to look at the negative or choose to look at the positive, ill let you decide!
@@TristanRitchie The way things are now might be ok for you to look past.. but for many it isn’t. So you can choose to do something or let it run you as I know it does.
