Its taken too long but most united fans agree with you on Rashford. Some are still blindly loyal to him, to the detriment of the team. I've said for years he's not the guy. Club backed him with superstar salary and status, but playing so many games with a passenger has held us back massively. Until he's finally replaced, our attack will remain limp.
Imagine if we use his salary and have players like salah instead, who gives 100% regardless of who he played under, that's a real superstar and I hate Liverpool
Ragnick's "open heart surgery" still needed. Shaw could be back-up for left sided in a back three. A very expensive back up. Selling Rashy would free up and generate the funds for buying players from Sporting, particularly a certain Swedish CF if Hojlund does not kick on.
You are spot on regarding Rashford. The Rashford sentiment must come to an end. He has not lived up to his potential and it’s quite unfortunate. It’s high time we move on from Rashford.
Aftter seeing the nature of Gyokres goals for Sporting, I think Rashford could do well as a 9 in this system. He was awful for Utd as a 9 because he invariably got isolated and played with his back to goal - which is a weakness. Gyokeres is always goal facing, running towards goal. Marcus has the speed and the finishing. If Amorin gets Utd playing in a similar manner - Rashford could shine. I would start off trying with Hojilund & Rashford as 9's. Bruno, Amad, Zirkzee & Mount as Inside Forwards.
Stop it,marcus doesnt have the same physicality, bro build like a stick and doesnt like to contest 50/50 areal duels like gyokres does, pls just stop@@freeindeed13
@@freeindeed13 yea abd when Ten hag gad no striker in his 1st season Rashford clearly said he did not want to play as a 9 so the question is jow much can man united get grom selling him
Hell, i can give you about 10 names that have no future under Ruben. Lindelof, Malacia, Evans, Maguire, Shaw, Casemiro, Eriksen, Rashford, Antony and Zirkzee.
@MrKajjaGG don't worry about Evans. He is still a United fan. His wife works for Man Utd media. He will be around. Would not be surprised if Evans went into coaching after retirement.
It's interesting to hear your views on which United players may not have a future under Amorim. Just a quick note; Amorim is coming to United as Head Coach, not the Manager. So it will not be his job to move unwanted players on, there is a team of Sporting/Football/ Technical Directors that are responsible for player recruitment and selling players. Having made that general comment I don't disagree with the players that you have marked down as potentially not wanted. The problem that I see with Casemiro and Shaw (I would add Maguire to my list) is getting them out of the door and finding another team that would buy them. United have had major problems disposing of unwanted players and I can't see it being solved anytime soon. Casemiro is definitely too slow for the CM role and Shaw would have the same issue at LWB, but I could see Luke Shaw as a backup Left-sided CB for when Martinez needs a rest or is injured. I agree that Rashford is going to struggle to fit into an Amorim line-up, it would be best for all concerned if he moved on and refound some of his hunger elsewhere.
Real machos wear Benfica shirts Sam, you know that. But I agree with you about Luke Shaw, he should be the first to go and that brings a bonus to the club: less things leaked to the press from inside the dressing room.
Rashford was our top scorer in Ten Hag's first season, but since signing Hojlund, Ten Hag COMPLETELY changed Rashford's role, forcing him to stay wide in a role not suited to him, mismanaging him ever since. Rashford will play as either the striker or as one of the 10s in Amorim's system, and I am certain he will score goals when played more centrally. Also, fans haven't talked about him as a young player for YEARS now 😂 you only ever hear that from people saying we shouldn't do it anymore 😅
But fans like you still making excuse for him,his best season, most of his goal came when he played on the left side, never a no 10,never a no 9,what changed? His attitude stinks, the amount of money he earned he should be producing world class numbers,he's not even producing "ok" number these days and yet you still find excuse, embarrassing
Before I watch this, from what I can tell about Ruben Amorim is players who jog back or don’t track back at all will leave the club. So Rashford and Antony for me I can see
You can say that about rashford but not Anthony. As bad as Anthony has been going forward he has never shirked his defensive duties. I can honestly see him as one of the wing backs due to his work rate but who knows we will see soon enough
Antony is a hard worker, unfortunately he's also got terrible decision making, power, technique, has a petulant temperament and always does embarrassing shit.
I have to say i agree with all 3. Rashford is pretty slack off the ball and cheats alot in the press. I think Amorim will not tolerate it. Love your content
Cheat alot is an understatement, he never press these days,it's okay to not press if you're producing goals everygame, but his stats is below average for over 2 seasons now and you still see fans making excuse for him while earning more than most prem players.
Rashford will score playing more centrally and I see him fitting to this role as the No 10 that’s support the striker, he scored 30 goals playing centrally for ETH and when Rasmus was sign, Marcus was completely mismanaged and his lack of goals leads to his poor form and poor performance showcasing frustration all game
I hate Luke Shaw and Rashford playing in United. They are never united genes. Only English ppl likes 'em. Rashford is the biggest fraud in my P.O.V, seconding Antony. I want Antony, Rashford, Luke Shaw, Maguire, Lindelof, Mount, Casemiro and even Bruno to be sold. Maguire can still be useful in CB position but slow. Bruno also can be useful.
I think you could not be more wrong about Marcus Rashford, your arguments are so silly as well.. who cares how old he is and how much he is making?? Stick to football on it man... you mention Grealish for Southgate job and he's worse. Southgate is a fool, its why he got sacked.. You seem to base ur opinions on what other people do.. its so odd. So lets stick to football. the top scorer for Manchester United last season was Hojlund with 16, that's not just on Rashford, that's on ETH. HIs system requires rashford to play as a touchline winger and that's silly. I think Marcus in that inside forward role under Amorim could bring the best out of him again. It is a similar role to the one he played under Ole and ETH first season (he scored 30 goals, first United forward to do so since RVP). So I am just saying, it seems like you are just saying buzz words for Rashford and using irrelevant arguments when he is clearly on of our best players. Good video otherwise, just please educate yourself instead of saying silly arguments.
Inside forward for Rashford is perfect, his demeanor and work ethic and rate might scupper his progress. He works on that, he suits Amorim ball. Luke Shaw is Luke Shaw, hardly fit and available. Casemiro will do well, if he has adequate midfield cover and used sparingly. ten Hag ball was taxing on Casemiro, wide open spaces to cover, no set role and no help from around. He will be an asset in a structured squad.

A fit shaw would be excellent at left centre back, but he is never fit so needs to go for that reason.
Who is buying him? Like for money and stuff... that he will want to go to. I doubt such club exists
Yes I don’t think he has the gas to play wingback anymore I think if we do play 3 at the back he should be converted
