⚜️I was excited about this & really wanted it...but after seeing countless disappointed people give bad reviews, I think I'll pass.

I'm confused about this laser. It says it's good for people with thinner faces or who have a loss of volume in the face, yet it also advertised as a sculpting laser that can be used to reduce/remove buccal fat. So wouldn't there be a risk of facial fat loss? The website does not state which mode is used for fat reduction which is concerning.
That is the amazing thing about the Fotona Dynamis Pro laser as there are so many treatments and indications but there are specific settings for each treatment. Tightsculpting body sculpting or settings used for fat reduction settings in face are used only in areas where fat reduction is needed. As a rule, we do not want to kill fat in face except lower face/ neck debulking with excess fat or large fat pads. Find a provider you trust as this machine is amazing but should be done by experienced laser specialists! Hope that helps.

I have done it once time 3 weeks ago and see nothing! My thick pores are still there and the main reason was for pushing my cheeks. I am really unsatisfied.
Hi! We always recommend at least 3 Fotona 4D treatments to get optimal results. If the Fotona 4D does not give you desired results, your provider should be able to recommend better treatments to address your concerns.
@@drdebradurst 2 weeks ago I did it a 2nd time and still see nothing, only the pores of my skin are better. I am going to have it a 3rd time mid of May. If I won't see a thing, a difference to my jawline, I won't do it anymore. So much money with no difference was unfair! Is it really the way that the final results will come up after 3 months of the treatment and after that will be no improvement? The doc told me to do it 4 times, then she said I could fo it that often how young I am going to look like. I thought to do it once a year after that if my jawline and the cheeks will look the way I am satisfied with.
@@dormarix Patience is key with it. Some respond almost immediately and it gets better. Some take more time or more treatments. What are you doing for skin care treatment at home on a daily basis during the treatments? If your skin cells are not functioning properly, the skin cells are not healthy. If you are not using medical grade skin care then it is more and injury than a treatment. If not using medical grade skin care and Vitamin c and Collagen powder then contact our office immediately to get started. Further we see this all the time--- before and afters will often show amazing results that you do not see everyday in the mirror. So we are happy to show these improvements on those before and after. We are very experienced and aggressive with the 4D. You will respond but response depends on skin aging and at home treatments. We will guide you in the next month----and can get much more aggressive on the next treatment. Some down time but worth it. Results are what matters!

Does it work for eye bags? I had one treatment and it gas given eye bag in my left eye too. I had only under the right eye. I am confused.

Yes it is always normal for the skin to go through injury and then repair. Completely normal. Think of it as injury and repair. You will most likely peel given this description.

is this the same thing as the fotona sp dynamis. I have seen other review where they say the peel and the skin is on fire afterwards? Am i looking at the same thing?

Yes, the Fotona4D can be used on the neck and chin area to help tighten and improve skin texture in that area. Where are you located?
Some say you need to do a treatment very year, which one is it? 1 or 10 years?
We always recommend a series of three to start at least. Then depending on results yearly maintenance. You are losing collagen and skin aging is happening so 10 yrs is always too long to wait to continue stimulating collagen and doing maintenance and preventative treatments.
Is this good for red veins/rosacea?
IPL (Intense Pulse Light) Treatment would be a better option for treating spider veins/rosacea
