I miss this style of metalcore. Fast, catchy riffs, solos, shredding, double bass, 2step rhythms, and so much more.
I had no idea they used double bass in this song. I looked at videos to see if they would play a double bass live, but seems not. I wonder if one of the band members played the double bass or if they got someone who plays the instrument to play for them.

Straight up took me 3 months of nonstop practice in high school just to be below average at sweeping.
It takes so much practice, definitely recommend learning multiple arpeggios and just playing the crap out of them at slow tempos and slowly increase tempo if you can play it perfectly. That helped me
Great advice. Also practicing the blues scale a ton the same way early on can help a lot too, its used a ton in metal believe it or not
