Wow this is stage gold! Why haven't I heard more about this show? It looks and sounds great! The choreography is just phenomenal the movement on stage the fullness of everything I'm very impressed.
plus, we got all of the theatrics they apparently ripped out from the show in order to adjust to the tour/City Center run - we got a swimming pool, an on-stage cage, a car pushed into the orchestra pit, and bats flying thru the orchestra at the end!
Thank you for posting this! This is the best version of the BOOH finale I’ve seen online to date. The video and audio quality as an organic reco is fantastic.
Sad that it doesn't have all the theatrics of the London production - Instead of getting beaten up, Falco jumped into an onstage swimming pool, and came back up in a different costume! 🤯
saw London 8 times much bigger set 3 story building cemetery a pool a car on stage that fell into orchestra who walked across stage with broken instruments. a round while there all ran into, revving up bikes a broken heart bleeding across stage at half time. but still had Andrew's wonderful voice. lighting too dark above. we used to have sung a long sessions. wonderful never got bored with seeing it. one person went to 150 shows in UK Canada and Germany . best musical ever seen in west end London in 30 plus years 8pmn
Love seeing this recordings appear here and there and especially, a rock musical. Do you have any recordings from the shows School of Rock or Rock of Ages you could share on this channel. I would love to know if you have a ROA musical video with Dee Snider from Twisted Sister as Dennis.
Hi there! mind to share the London show's with me? I love this musical I watch it years ago and yesterday again but nothing like the old one and would love to have it and watch it all over again and again!!!!❤
@@hannasav4968 Hi!! If you will find a bootleg, would you please share it with me? ^^ I can't find it anywhere, Bat is my favourite musical and I was really saddened that there is no available bootleg for it!
Mate, some audience member destroyed the tension, if you listen after she sings "you'll be screwing around" an audience member said "Yeah" and that's where the audience got lost and started laughing. the tension was gone
It was from his Bat Out of Hell II album, released in 1993. I believe the song went number 1 in the US but I wouldn't swear to that. I've never heard anyone else perform it but that doesn't mean someone somewhere didn't cover it.
Written by Jim Steinman, who wrote most of Meat Loaf's hits. A lot of Steinman's songs were always intended for some form of musical theater - this show is sort of a distillation of his various real or imagined dramatizations.

It's the BEST theatrical production that I h ave ever seen , here in the UK ! 💗🦇💗
caught this in Toronto - honestly? worth it to hear Andrew Polec's powerful-as-hell voice sing these tunes

There was a Meatloaf musical?!?!! I had no idea! GREAT find Spiderwoman!!!
Well, more of a Jim Steinman musical. It was produced in London, Toronto, NY and on tour, and there's a London cast recording.
@@auroraspiderwoman5886 wow. I will have to snag me that cast recording. THANK YOU!!!! XOXOXO
There was a terriblemusical on Broadway with meatloaf. It was Rockabye Hamlet directed by Gower Champion
I am not sure how i feel about this

Meat loaf wrote almost all of his songs. He left us too soon
He didn’t write any, the legendary Jim Steinman was Meats songwriter
I don't suppose there's any more ot a full video?

completely adds to all of the types of performances , a brilliant moment ! 💖

Beatiful song...Was it created for Meat Loaf???or only Meat hat it sang?

Why answer such a stupid question
Are you still trading this?
Well i admire the creativity of puuring meats music to opera but you two just did not pull it off.A for effort
Bloody awful
Thanks for your intelligent input, darling. Run along now.
