When I Made The Worst Decision Ever in UnderMine

- New powerups, new shops and of course new decisions. I am offered a very interesting choice, so I make my best call and off I go. Turns out this was a complete disaster since I now do tons of damage but have basically no health. I still manage to actually do a decent job of fighting the final boss, but still fail. There's always big plans and they never seem to work. UnderMine gameplay with my commentary as always!

Spiffing Brit is definitely more what you're looking for. DF doesn't exploit games as much.

In hindsight, maybe the cursed sword is better. I mean, considering you're such a patron to these cursed altars.
Kurtz's stache opens when you get enough curses. Don't think it requires for you to hold on to the curses, but I could be wrong.
You Don't Need To Have 10 Curses On At Once You Can Remove The Curses And The Curses Received Progress On The Item Stays

Little tip about curses : you CANNOT get major curses from shrines but cursed torches/chests will ALWAYS give you one.
It might have been missed last time I said it, but if you bomb a buff you find, you can essentially reroll it up to 5 times to get something you want. I hope this helps:)

It's when a player makes a build that can deal overwhelming damage usually one-shoting lots of enemies/players, but is killed by very weak attacks.
Though, I guess you already found that out... The hard way... That's a first.
He literally went from 510 health down to 100. I don't think any player would expect a health debuff that punitive
That's what I expect from glass cannon.
From the games I've played glass cannons usually die in 1 hit.

The box with 10 charges opens after you get 10 curses, only counting curses gained after getting it. After getting the 10th curse it will blow up into like 10-15 items. Not relics unfortunatly

It's definitely a reference to Griffith's behelit. The description of the item fits it too.

This guy knows whats golden. I dont think he has what it takes for Wizards of Legend he plays rogue likes/lites that let you get way too overpowered it seems he is a casual easy gamer my guy i would love to see WOL test his skills.

Have you thought about a curse less run? May be you unlock something
A couple days ago or so, I had Minor Clumsiness x2, and used a curse-clearing effect. It cleared both stacks, so.. that's a thing. Also, the Sylph is the best companion I've seen so far. The Gecko's Foot & Other Foot upgrades let your thrown pick grab gold, Thorium (the purple stuff), keys, and bombs, by the way.
Holy crap, that Devotion artefact. I need that in my life, Sylph levels up only from altars, Penance, and new floors. I wonder if Sylph + Devotion stack and let you pray three times per altar...
Doom Blade really annoys me because, while it just says damage, it seems to *only* increase *swing* damage. Everything else I'm aware of that boosts damage specifies which type if it only ups one, while everything besides the Blade that just says damage increases all of your damage. Worth it to note is, at I don't remember how many curses (maybe 5-6, counting the four it gives you to take it), Doom Blade adds +40 or so (swing) damage. I'm not 100% sure it doesn't boost throwing damage, but I'm pretty confident.
Another thing, in my experience, Kurtz's Stache requires you to take 10 curses to open it, and it seems to just drop a lot of keys and bombs. Would be really good with Popcorn giving chances for more stuff, I guess, but.. meh. The 10 curses have to be acquired *after* you get the Stache, too.
