I forgot to mention that the new clubs are also 2* upright but only 1/2" longer this time so effectively not quite as upright as the pings.
They aren't particularly hard to launch, just not as easy as the pings. The new shaft should even things out.
The MPs are definitely a showpiece thats for sure!! Hopefully they will force me to be a better ball striker over time.
They are a bit more "bladey" to look down at and a bit shorter blade length. Just as gorgeous standing over it as it is in the bag!

Just did a new bag. G430 driver. Paradym 5 wood (lofted to 4). Mavrik 4 hybrid. Went with the 245's in 5-9. Playing T24 wedges in that ionic blue (wanted the copper underlay in my wedges like I have in the 245's). I'm playing a 48 with mid-high bounce, 52 with mid bounce, 56 with high bounce, and a 60 with a steep grind for flops shots. Went ahead and picked up a Mizuno OMOI 2 putter in that sleek blue to match my wedges. Don't know if it will replace my phantom yet but it's VERY good feel wise. I also use the MCC plus 4 in a jumbo with 2 wraps. With those grips, these irons and wedges are the most satisfying and comfortable I've ever hit in my life. Absolutely amazing. I'm hooked on them. They won't disappoint
Hey mate!, I went the soft satin T24s for the copper underlay too.
I was soooooo close to buying that putter also. It was the nicest feeling milled blade putter I tested ( Scotty, ping included )plus u get the interchangeable weight kit too.. but I like the insert in my putter because that’s what I’m used to ( even though the insert is quite small.. let’s u know when u miss it) looking forward to updating on the irons performance for me after the first round. Can’t wait!! I feel like a kid on Xmas eve !! 🎄
@@iEATiDRINKiPLAY I think Mizuno absolutely killed it with these irons. Almost as forgiving as a ping game improvement iron but I can still shape a bit if I want. And they look stunning. I've had 3 of my occasional golf buddies ask when I started playing blade lol. Also the weight kit being included was what threw me in on the putter. Scotty Cameron's cost a lot extra to get those added on. Hope this change brings your scores down man. Glad to hear you like them👍😁
I went out for a round yesterday. What a flight!! Love em. Still getting used to shaft weight and definitely need to get used to the 1/2” shorter!! The 3 iron is a stand out too
@@iEATiDRINKiPLAY Yeah I play pretty medium-weight shafts and I did try the modus 105 and 120 side by side. The tungsten in the head does a really good job of bringing that weight down into the sole. Ended up going a little lighter in the shaft with the 105. I just love how satisfying they are to hit. I was dreading hitting my IR and before. I just really grew to hate the feel. But these are absolute butter
@@Matthew-z6g how did u find going lighter in the shaft ?? Did it take a while to get used to? I hit some beautiful shots on Thursday but I really had to knuckle down and be quite deliberate with my swing.
