There's a vocal quality that only falsetto singers can appreciate the way he uses his voice. You can hear it when he goes into the ad lib at the end of the song and he intentionally uses the roughness of his voice, even though it's in his falsetto, to deliver the phrasing of the line. Masterful. I miss this.
