Looks like the Indian Air Force pilots made it a great day for aviation photographers giving them ample full view of their beautiful Mirage 2000s. Very well maintained jets and very cool videos indeed. Kudos to you for capturing the IAF Mirage in its full beauty and glory.
Dassault really did a amazing job with the aesthetics of the two seaters. One of the few examples where the addition of a second pilot didn't ruin the beauty of the airplane.
The Reliability & Dependability of the Mirage 2000s vs all other IAF fighters during the 1999 Kargil War is what sealed the deal for the Rafale later on.
A failed air attack of Indian Air Force. All mirage 2000s dropped their payload in mountains and ranaway once Pakistani Jf17s intercepted and chased mirages 😊😊

Nice one Paul. Lots of folk there that day. I should have gone a bit further up to get out of the way of the caravan for these missions 😳 I moved for the later missions though 😂👍
Agree Arindam................all Dassault products are dependable and their service life and longevity are beyond most ...........VAJRA (and Rafale) are the best fighters the IAF has - including the SU30..........
Thanks bud. From what I could see they were checking the tyres. They did one side then got the pilot to taxi froward before checking the other side. I guess checking for any possibility of a blow out during the takeoff roll?
Pretty sure this is a last check of the tyres before rolling down the runway. Definitely don't want a tyre to blow out on takeoff. Saying that they didn't always do it whilst they were here. Just the first mission from what I saw.

Totally agree. The twin sticks probably look even better than the singles 👍

My good fortune is that I flew these beauties in the IAF and during the Kargil action. Absolute power and a potent cobra.

The most Gorgeous Aircraft in the entire aviation History. Beauty that kills. Great job uploading this video footage.
Wonderful footage and sublime quality! Great job.
Thanks Alpha 👍👍
Quality footage Ben, those static take offs were class!
Cheers Shaun. It’s a quality selection of jets up there right now 💪👌
Superb video as always Ben, hope to see them next week !

What a gorgeous peice of deadly force. The mirage for all its foes. Is elegantly lethal
Fully agree about the sound of the Mirages, even here the sound was blasting through the PCs speakers.

Wonder why the ground crew checked the aircraft on a live taxiway? Pretty dangerous stuff! Great vid.

They check for the hydraulic oil leakage and tyres condition, this is a routine check in IAF before take-off .
Very nice to watch! I´ll test my RC model xD
Why do they di the last minute checks on there instead at wherw they start up...sorry i dobt know the correct terms
