How did you add color to the tumbler?

This is a glow in the dark sublimation tumbler blank I used in this video. This is how the tumbler looks straight out the box. Exposed to sunlight makes it glow in the dark blue for this particular tumbler. Link for $10 coupon in description for where I purchased these types of tumblers.
