    I've tried tean's gourmet which is my favorite, por kwan which was too sour for me like you said.
    I DEFINITELY cant wait to find and try woh hup paste in asian store where i live!!

    Someone brought the Tean's Gourmet one for me from Malaysia. I loved it!!!!! Going to try the Woh Hup one today

      Tried the Woh Hup one today. Used the packet of 105g for at least 2l of liquid though. Otherwise too hot chilli wise. More Shrimpy in flavour than the Tean's Gourmet one.

      The prima instant laksa noodles are also great, chewy and thick

      I used the Jian Xi brand. Round rice noodles.

    when you say "spicy" do you mean hot as in hot peppers or do you mean intense flavors"

      Yes when I say spicy, I get more chilies and galangal (which is a type of ginger). Higher in the Scoville scale.

      @@YappieKitchen in Western Australia. Everywhere has run out since Covid! I haven’t seen any jars in any Asian grocers I go to lol makes me so sad!

      @@bellebelle7462 am in Perth recently they started stocking back in the shelf at about $4.50 a bottle I love the taste thanks to yappie kitchen for this video which I viewed a year ago … I added a bit of msg into my stock and it made a lot of difference
