So stressful not having a car as you need to get to work, our tyre went down today and all I can think of how an earth do I get to client houses, that’s our only car. Love the sound of your doorbell it’s sounding like a train horn! Hope your having a lovely holiday.x
Argh what a pain the bum, especially as if you can't drive, you can't get to work and earn! Hope it's sorted now? Thanks, we like the train and the baseball stadium one 😅 we change it as Halloween and Christmas too 😀
Glad you got the card sorted and you all got there safely. Enjoying watching your Instagram stories it looks so beautiful 🥰 oh and my washing pile never seems to go down, the worst chore haha.
The never-endimg washing pile 🙈😂 there's always so much! I was SO relieved to get the car sorted and that we got here without any dramas! Glad you're enjoying the IG stories, it's too pretty not to share how lovely it is xx
I thought your husband had a brand new car aswell? Even if it is smaller, surely you wouldnt have to cancel your whole yearly holiday? You would just have to cut down on clothes and have a few more stops on the way to stretch legs? If it was more in fuel, you would surely just top up (even if it is a pain and more money?) I could be wrong though and he doesnt have a car. Might be mixing up the videos by mistake. So sorry if im wrong!! My car set me back £800 last week, only had it for a month 😢 got my partner to go,just in case they were taking me for a ride bc they know so much about cars...i know they have 4 wheels and i cam drive it 😂😂😂xx
This is i exactly what I do - hand all things over with cars to the husband because he actually knows what he's taking about 😅😅 Cancelling the holiday was a real possibility depending on what the car cost to fix, we only have so much money put aside, and after buying a new car unexpectedly, doing work on it, the only money left was the holiday savings - had we had to spend that on the car, there would have been no money to actually take on holiday, which would have been extremely problematic. I need a working car for my business so that would have had to take precedent. Luckily, it worked out OK, but it was a stressful day, and we really weren't sure if we'd actually get to go on holiday at one point. But you're right, we do have access to hubby's car, but we may have had no money to go on holiday with which would have made the other car a moot point anyway. I'm glad it worked out, because the kids were obviously looking forward to their holiday xx
Great vlog Claire 🥰 glad ur car is fixed what a pain in the arse that was 😊 loving the IG stories of ur holiday too Spain 🇪🇸 thanks for sharing ur day 🥰🥰 love too u all Claire from Bradford xx
It wad a stressful day! But it's behaving itself for the moment and we're having a lovely time. Glad you're enjoying the IG stories ❤️ Take care xx P.s. I hope it's not raining for you today!
I know! It is under warranty, but because we had to get it fixed ASAP they won't honor it - had we gone through the warranty process it would have taken days/weeks to sort xx
So glad it all worked out in the end. Cars can be a total pain and it always happens when you least need it. Mine cost over 500 just before our holiday. X
Yes it is under warranty, but unfortunately, because of the time constraints we just had to agree to it being fixed, and going through the warranty would have taken day/weeks, which we didn't have. We did ask afterwards, but we have to foot the bill now. Xx
Doesn't your husband have a brand new car?could you not have taken that on this holiday to give you peace of mind and less stress that your car will break down x
We do have another car, but it's no where big enough for 5 people on such a long journey, plus luggage. And it would have cost a lot more in fuel too. It was a squeeze as it was in my car, which is much bigger and designed for long journeys. Worse case scenario we could have taken the other car, but the kids would have been squashed and we'd have had to abandon half our luggage i think, it wouldn't have been a fun journey, and we were travelling for 2 days solid in the car. Just poor timing for car trouble 🙈 but then again, there's never a good time for that is there! Xx
They were really nice! 100g self raising flour 100g sugar 100 butter (melted) 1 egg Vanilla extract 1 banana Mashed up banama, mixed dry ingredients together, then added banana, butter and egg, added a little dash or two of milk so the mixture wasn't so thick, and then popped them in the oven for about 8-10 mins and checked them x
Hope you had a lovely holiday, cars are a pain. Oyrs failed MOT miserably £800 later been without it for 3 1/2 weeks as they so busy being done on Wednesday xx

Always the way isn't it 🙈 xx
You have just brought the car sure it should be under some sort of warranty with the garage?

I'm confused... are these car issues on your new car or old??
My new one....😵

Those banana cupcakes look so yummy! What recipe did you use?
They were really nice!
100g self raising flour
100g sugar
100 butter (melted)
1 egg
Vanilla extract
1 banana
Mashed up banama, mixed dry ingredients together, then added banana, butter and egg, added a little dash or two of milk so the mixture wasn't so thick, and then popped them in the oven for about 8-10 mins and checked them x
