I find that the sound comes out 100% the same. Do the people who hear me hear different things depending on which one I use?

I don't know if Discord has changed, but my version (both the browser version & the desktop program) does not have such an icon. Maybe they just changed the icon, though. Mine is a little two eyed doomohickey.

So afterwards, i was thinking, and i tried to search for some apps, that allow us to set our own delays for each person, to synchronize our sounds. And i need advice. Does Discord allow me to set my own sound delay for people that i am communicating with? Or could someone suggest me maybe another app? Thanks.

But then the Discord system went down on me just before Christmas 2018, I contacted the help lot at Discord and they told me that I can't use IE Browser to log on and use the Discord? But I been using it fine in IE for 6 months before? Now was told that Discoed they said has not ever been used in IE. I need they said to use another Browser! So what the heck is happening? How could I have been able to use IE for all that time without any problems. I don't wish really to use another browser if I can help it? Any thoughts?
I WAS a member of the Marfoogle Duscord, then something happened. I am unable to get into the discord to associate with others, or get updates. Whas going on? Have resubbed several times to no avail. Don't even get updates when shows are going to be aired. I know not why....
