Novi was fine, but is getting massively strained with the number of people moving there. It is often a nightmare just to get to the expressway. The roads simply cannot handle the number of people. Great if you like stop-and-go traffic everyday on normal roads: Beck, 10 mile, Grand River... they all clog up everyday. Luckily, it only happens during certain times... the times a working person may need to use them.
This is why we need to get rid of corrupt politicians like Dave Staudt and mayor Gatt.

Novi tried to create a downtown, but it never developed properly. The 12 Oaks area is an auto dominated hodge podge. Roads never caught up to growth.
Lots of Pros. Very few cons..
Maybe traffic and expense is a con but Novi does it right
