Novi itself has a ton of parks but Lakeshore Park is definitely a local favorite for good reason. For one, its free and was extensively renovated by the city to include three pavilions, a beach area with swimming, bike and hiking trails, soccer fields, volleyball courts, horseshoes, two playgrounds and more.

If you're looking for a wonderful city to live in or visit that has TONS of family fun activities, you can't do much better than Novi, Michigan! I myself have numerous fond memories of spending time with my family in Novi growing up and today there is SO MUCH more to do.

Fountain walk in Novi has really grown up over the last couple of years. They’ve done a good job bringing the hub in
100%! I personally spend much more time at Fountain Walk than I ever have at 12 Oaks. I rarely can't find what I need there and really enjoy the amount of great food and fun things to do mixed in with all of the retail.

Glad you enjoyed it! Truthfully there is a TON to do in Novi and the surrounding area. That in combination with the amazing schools, neighborhoods and all around quality of life makes Novi one of the best cities in Metro Detroit to raise a family.

YES! Its unfortunate that so many record stores are gone nowadays with everything being digital now. I way always exciting as a teen going in and browsing all the newest releases.
