High post is always in great condition through the winter.. up there as one of the best winter tracks for sure

If the course is shorter than the plates( white/yellow etc) by 100 yards over 18 holes or just 50 yards over 9 holes the course isnt a qualifier unless there is a winter rating
That is correct. This is there winter course.... They actually have 2, a winter A and a winter B course
