Watch this video it shows a way to flush the entire system with air pressure and water without running the engine, you maybe can build and sell this set up if make one that fits and allows us to hook up and bypass the thermostat
How do you keep engine clean ? I’m worried about washing my engine bay because it gets the belts wet and they may mess up from being wet and then drying
Thermocure is non toxic, anything that came out of your engine is product of the iron oxides that dropped out, harmless to environment. Now any actual coolant is toxic, unless you use Sierra or Prestone Low Tox it's also safer for your cooling system as it does not become acidic like other coolants in 6 years or less, so if you spill some you don't need to worry about the implications it's base chemical is used in cosmetic products lol...... Oh yea Sierra, and LowTox Prestone is ok to use with aluminum engine parts....
That stuff works great, I've used/suggested it many times.

Cleaning vinegar and distilled water also works well as a cooling system flush.
Vinegar eats rubber.
@@jackman2865Vinegar isn't a problem for most synthetic rubbers, like ethel propylene, which is what modern coolant hoses are made of.
You are tenacious.

Can you show how you replaced the two rear coolant T's that you mentioned at 13:08?

When you were running it the first time did you add water ? You never showed that
Yes, never run the engine without having liquid in it.
Can you use the key to turn engine over a few times to spit all the old fluid out?
No, it won't work. The engine has to be running for awhile.
@ do you use green or orange coolant ?
Hey my hose have rust in them, is there a way to clean them out, im unable at this time to get the two hose.
Sure, you could remove the hoses and soak them in vinegar for 24 hours and then take a plastic bristle brush and scrub out the insides of them.
How did you get the reservoir off
It just pulls straight up and off
@ ok thanks and do I need to worry about air getting in if I follow your instructions?

@@blkcoupequattro great info, thank you!
Not for nothing, if you change your coolant/antifreeze on time it would never break down like this and/or use water to top up!
