60-in-1 Setup Menu Instructions

How to get into the set up menu on a 60-in-1 multicade as sold by Straight Shot.

I bought a machine that had this 60in1 board. I they had it to only play donkey Kong jr. I changed it to play others but now it only does previews. How can I fix this?
