Completely random suggestion, but what about playing through the Earthworm Jim video games? Or possibly watching through the series? Love this channel guys!!
What I really liked was how every character was enthralling to me (except Walt Junior, Skylar and the fetus) and I could easily watch a spin off starring any of them (I mean just look at Better Saul.
A show I'd definitely recommend watching is The Boondocks. Idk if you'd actually make a podcast about it, but it's a really funny show regardless and I still think you should watch it.
Watching you guys' opinions on Breaking Bad's characters and who you root for, I'd like to know what you guys think of Death Note (though I don't know if you've already watched it). We need another video with Better Call Saul for sure, and El Camino too.
Want a show suggestion that isn't in your comfort zone of media and allows you to branch out like Breaking Bad? I'll recommend 1999's Ojamajo Doremi. A cute, if beautiful 216 episode long series about elementary school girls who try to become witches, helping out the people in their lives and town in general, while learning how to use magic, both the good and bad, all taking place over 4 years of their lives growing up. Look, I doubt you'll take this into consideration, but I wanted to throw it in case, and here's why: I know you don't care for anime, but this is one of the rare ones I can see you enjoying. It's entirely focused on it's characters and themes, and due it's long episode count, it's able to flesh out it's cast of characters and writing material to it's fullest potential, as well as being a type of show that anyone can enjoy, regardless of it being anime. I know you're a fan of shows like Clarence and early SpongeBob (that grounded slice of life kind), and Ojamajo Doremi is similar to that, if just more whimsical and magical. At the same time, it also deals with some very adult problems and heavy themes that the show does not shy away from at all, yet masters this balance between being energetic and melancholy at the same time. Think something like the original Incredibles, where the fantastical extraordinary meets the regular ordinary. Expect more heartbreaking. The animation and art style are expressive and fun, it is constantly good from beginning to end, it has a great soundtrack, and it has the most satisfying ending to any television series I've seen. It's a great example of being a kids show that never talks down to it's audience once and shows how great children's media can be, while simultaneously being an exemplar of using the medium to animation to it's advantage.
For me it was more than just rooting for Walt, I specifically saw his and Jesse’s relationship through rose colored glasses, believing Walt was like a father figure to Jesse who just wanted to groom him to be a better man, or at least what Walt DEEMED to be “a better man,” I was 16 then. Now I’m older and I look back and realize just how manipulative and what a horrible influence Walt was on Jesse’s life, which is by design. I feel so stupid for not realizing the obvious sooner, and it feels as though Walt’s character played me too. Whether or not that is by design, I’m not sure. At the very least, it feels good to know I’m not alone.
My favourite characters were Mike and Gus Shows I’d recommend: IT Crowd (it may be a sitcom with a laugh track, but it’s funny regardless imo: season 2 episode 4 is a good episode to watch). Not to sound like a stuck up film student, but Citizen Kane is one of my favourite films of all time. I’ll recommend it any time I get. It’s a little bit like Breaking Bad (unlikable yet interesting main character)

What I really liked was how every character was enthralling to me (except Walt Junior, Skylar and the fetus) and I could easily watch a spin off starring any of them (I mean just look at Better Saul.
A show I'd definitely recommend watching is The Boondocks. Idk if you'd actually make a podcast about it, but it's a really funny show regardless and I still think you should watch it.
btw your podcast it's actually really good
talking about breaking bad while hitting off the bong , seems like a typical wednesday
Twas not a typical wednesday
I hate how breaking bad is now just a meme the memes are funny but there is an actual meaning to the show and the theme of it.
Watching you guys' opinions on Breaking Bad's characters and who you root for, I'd like to know what you guys think of Death Note (though I don't know if you've already watched it). We need another video with Better Call Saul for sure, and El Camino too.
57:00 that is an uncanny impression
Busy rewatching it with my gf. On season 4 now. I watched it originally when I was 14 or 15.
"Stinky Pete" Lmao
Want a show suggestion that isn't in your comfort zone of media and allows you to branch out like Breaking Bad? I'll recommend 1999's Ojamajo Doremi. A cute, if beautiful 216 episode long series about elementary school girls who try to become witches, helping out the people in their lives and town in general, while learning how to use magic, both the good and bad, all taking place over 4 years of their lives growing up. Look, I doubt you'll take this into consideration, but I wanted to throw it in case, and here's why:
I know you don't care for anime, but this is one of the rare ones I can see you enjoying.
You all should check out Seinfeld. Most sitcoms aren't that great, but I think Seinfeld is among the best. (Better than Friends imo)
Part 2 of telling Mark and Veronica to talk about Scott pilgrim
#GetBryanCranstonOnMeetingHalfway
My favourite characters were Mike and Gus
Shows I’d recommend: IT Crowd (it may be a sitcom with a laugh track, but it’s funny regardless imo: season 2 episode 4 is a good episode to watch).
Not to sound like a stuck up film student, but Citizen Kane is one of my favourite films of all time. I’ll recommend it any time I get. It’s a little bit like Breaking Bad (unlikable yet interesting main character)
really fucking loved the making fun of cerebral palsy for half the episode!!!!
You mean the meme of someone who sounds like Walter Jr saying "open the door"? Go get outraged over important shit
@@screamingapple6195 no but she does it continuously and it’s used to mock him also like I’m gonna make my criticism
@@Communistdaughter as a communist. Is really being mad at someone for doing a "mocking" voice really at the top of your list of things to get mad over? Like come on. Criticize governments and stuff instead of randos on the internet who don't have any effect on people with cerebral palsy
@@screamingapple6195 its the name of a song dawg
@@Communistdaughter so? Do you really have nothing more important in your life than being offended on the behalf of a community?
The evil dead trilogy could be cool to talk about
This must be a very difficult time for the both of you. No one has all the information and it's a shame for private things to become public but it seems inevitable in this line of work. Whatever happens I wish the best to everyone.
This was fun. Good show. Id enjoy hearing our hosts unpack and explore other shows I like. Would reccomend Dexter. Stay the course.
Why is mark kinda pretty here
