Lic ADO job details and facts:-
*1-year given for target completion of apprx 5 times of your annual income.(probation period extended upto 11 months more on certain conditions)
*Recruitment of minimum 15 agents.
*300 policies target.
*Terminated if target not completed.
*After confirmation if target completed ,termination clause active always,many conditions are there to terminate a confirm development officer.
*Development Officer is not a sitting job or secure job or confirm job.
If Ado joined by someone for training or thinking of leaving job in between , this time bond is 350000,so please be well mentally prepared for all these things,best wishes.
Lic aao job detail and facts:-

* branch sitting job with multitasks and different departments handling.
* first posting always in other zone then your home area zone.
* transferred every 3 years from every area,no promotions are there for long time,but salery increments are there.

Mara ek friend ado hua tha 2019 me .. uska pass koi experience nhe tha...i he is lic do.. and uski salary approx 62 k hai..and 1lakh se uppar (insentive+ salary ) uksa hota hai...usne 2-3 log bhe apne under me hire kar raha hai (beside agents) and city ke bahar bhe jata hai tranning ke liya.. city me bhe tranning deta hai koi bhe hotel me uska lic paid karti haii......only patrol ke choorkar sabka lic paid karti hai.. no office timings,his aim only recurit agent and after tranied it and they earn them.. but is job ko lakar itna rumers kaisa hoo sakta hai...LIC to ek brand hai..
Agar itna he galat hai to sabhi private banks and company to market se gayab ho Jani chaheya.. because jab log lic(Government company) se he insurance yaa loan nhe langa. My Brother got selected in ADO in 2019. And he was terminated Bcoz he failed to maintain business criteria which was target of 20 lakh rupees business in probation period.
He wasn't alone who get terminated,
He was terminated with a senior Development Officer who worked for ten years Bcoz he also failed to maintain minimum business criteria for 3 years.
Thank God , he was selected again in other govt job in 2022.
If an ADO is terminated b4 4 years, then will s/he be charged ₹3 lacs?

I have an experience of marketing job, I quit it earlier. Ghumna agar 50 km se jyada hota hai to samajh lo ki pith ki waat lgna pakka hai.. Upr se manager ke taane, kam jitna poora krlo targets bdhte jayenge.
First of all there is a huge difference between Marketing and Sales . For instance if Marketing is an ocean then sales is a drop of water in the ocean . So I request you to not misguide people in the name of marketing instead correct it by mentioning sales .
Coming to Marketing if someone is really interested in Marketing so let me tell you there is no gov job currently which can give you a good exposure of marketing profile . I used to prepare for Bank jobs and even I cracked sbi clerk ,po pre exams in the first attempt but then I did not prepare for mains as I went ahead to do mba . Now I work as Senior Analyst at Reliance jio with more salary than bank Po and I always try to keep upgrading my skills. There is huge potential in the corporate jobs people just need to change their mindset . No offence to gov exams but people having good skills should do justice with their talent or skills by doing jobs with respect to their choices and preferences not just bcoz of proving urself in the society . Nowadays there are so many jobs in marketing with ever growing new skills with a good salary and work life balance . And these jobs are way better than the po, clerk and ado .

Even if you are really interested in learning a particular skill there are so many open source projects and courses available which are free of cost . Learn those skills and you can still get a good job . It is not necessary to have a mba degree rather it's the skill sets that land you a good job with projects that will challenge you everyday and make u rich in terms of overall experience and financially too.

1. Banking and insurance dono profit oriented sector hain unlike any other Govt department jiska recruitment ssc ke through kia jata hai. Isi wajah se in sectors me kaam and target dono jyada hote hain.
2. LIC ya koi bhi insurance company me target bahut nominal hote hain kyunki yahan apko sirf insurance sales me dhyan dena hota hain yahin agar aap bank ke clerk ya PO bnte hain to apko insurance ke sath sath aur bhi other banking derivatives jaise mutual fund etc bhi sell krna pad skta hai.
3. Agar aap bilkul bhi target pressure handle ni kr skte hain to Banking and insurance ka form na bhare aur sirf SSC me dhyan de.
In my opinion AAO bharne me bond price par jayada dhyan nhi Dena chahiye.... because salary in hand with incentive 1 lakh to min h hi...or agar koi ye job chhodna chahe to isse high salary k liye hi chhodega...jaise ki RBI, SEBI, NABARD ya other reg bodie jiska abhi dekha jaye to notification plus final result me time lagega kyunki abhi to notification hi nhi aaya h..1 agar 8 month baad bhi koi chhodta h to 8 lakh in hand usme se 5 de Dena h..phir bhi 3 extra hi bachega plus jo new job milegi wo alag...to kyun sochna itna

Development officers don't train agents alone. In every branch a principal is there who is called principal ATC (agents' training centre) and ABM, BM are also there to train. Occasionally online and offline training are also conducted for agents. In divisional office there is principal DTC. similarly in Zonal training centres also the training of agents is conducted. So please correct this point.

And u will be given posting near your hometown. Salary is best. After all its a government job. And u will not sell policy u have to make Agent and make him to work properly.

And in this high competition time any govt job is going to be good. My personal advice is u should go for it. And as the pattern is like bank u can also give other exam too.
