i love how delusional the owner is....
bought at top with 200 mil in 2018, still wanting to take 50 mil profit at times like this.
And the intro was so hilarious, to generously mention how the owner spends 200k for renovation of tiles and walls for a 200mil house....
set aside the economic environment and geopolitics issues,
why buy a >10yr house at this price when you can currently buy a brand new one in first-hand market?
