90 Mil is not expensive for an apartment at The Peak. It's cheap because its 75yo. Some apartments or houses (Steven Chau owned one) worth over USD 300mil there.

It cannot be considered an ultra luxury home since it's a tract house, identical to all the other ones around it. Have a few too many drinks before heading home, and you may not be able to find your front door!

The realtor is doing her best but can't convince me. Yes, there are views of concrete buildings (and blue sky) on upper floors but there is no view at all from this ground floor unit and I suspect it receives very little sunlight.

Misleading or mis-information. 1. Rental yields should be calculated net of costs and based on current market values, 2. A very large amount of primary transactions ARE returned. 3. Rental demand from students are strong during summer, but professionals are leaving the city for SZ or elsewhere. Rental prices are elevated only temporarily but eventually new supply will overwhelm the sagging demand. 5. US is lowering interest rates, but that doesnt mean hk banks will lower mortgage rates, and people are not buying because the prices are still too high and salaries and economy are tanking, its very little to do with interest rates. JUST WAIT, its going to drop another 10-20% on average.

I love limestone house, the exterior reminds me of Greystone townhouse in Chi. The interiors is dated, the staging just don't match, the kitchen is too small and the only nice is the rooftop only downside is too close to the neighbors

Sorry, but this really looks like a cemetery, which is pretty normal for HK's house design maybe due to the lacking of land, but it surely looks awful.
