- Star Tours at Disney's Hollywood Studios rolled out some new scenes today, including a scene with The Mandalorian and everyone's favorite "Baby Yoda", Grogu, as well as Ahsoka Tano and Cassian Andor. See Ahsoka leave the hangar in her T-6, a message from Mando and Grogu, fight amongst the Purrgil, and a message from Cassian Andor.

I noticed he and Huyang made a cameo. At least Chopper was being a war criminal in the ride.
It's nice to have some of the popular live action Star Wars content characters in the ride. Glad they managed to get Rosario Dawson and Diego Luna for this but I'm hearing that Mando is not voiced by Pedro Pascal and it's almost noticable for me.
They were probably able to get rosario and diego probably because they were filming their shows at the time these were recorded.

The rush of emotions that came over me seeing Ahsoka talk with 3P0 and R2 again was immense.
I'm disappointed that the Aldhani heist and the escape with the shooting stars that are part of "The Eye" weren't added as a destination

No. I'm assuming the other actors were filmed as it seems that Disney places filming scenes for new attractions into most of their contracts, on the condition that it's filmed in conjunction with another project already in development. As Mando season 3's schedule didn't line up and Pedro has quickly become a very in-demand actor, it seems they didn't have the budget to include him.

Ah yes, time travel confirmed.
Ever since the Sequels came out, Disney gave up on having any continuity in the ride. Really sucks.
I think these are 3 different rides
Like, it'll be a different character depending on when you go
This is a Legends ride, and it takes place in 1 BBY. So that means that Disney spilled a bunch of their own characters into the Galactic Civil War period of the Legends continuity. Good thing there's nothing else to suggest that the First Order, Cassian Andor, Din Djarin, Grogu, Finn, Rey, and Kylo Ren (who isn't called Ben Solo here, so don't worry about Han and Leia having a time-traveling son from an alternate timeline) already exist in the Legends timeline, let alone in the time periods they were given in the Canon timeline, or this would all be a great big mess.
@@LostHeadStudios The ride is randomly generated. Sometimes Kylo Ren and the First Order shows up, sometimes it's Darth Vader and the Empire. And the different planets and characters that appear on the ride are randomly chosen too.
I'm definitely going to cry when I get that Purgill scene.
Bruh, Ahsoka was horseshit show, Seeing Diego Luna as Cassian on the other hand made my day.
@@12stack73 no it was clearly a popular show, Ahsoka and mando have been pushed the most, they've added Sabine to the parks, they've given Ahsoka her own star tour ride, she's getting a season 2, Hasbro has made plenty of Ahsoka series toys and recently came out with a high quality Black Series Force FX Elite saber for Sabine, and they have Sabine and Ahsoka's lightsabers at walmart with tons of Ahsoka toys from rebels, clone wars, and the ahsoka series

Being in the speeder for this new ending segment isn’t very exciting in my opinion and feels underwhelming compared to some of the other endings.

Wow, long lines and you get stuck with Star Wars light (Disney plus) version of the ride. What a shame.
Wow, Andore, really. Is there time travel. He died before a new hope. Come on Disney, get it together or sell the universe.
Baseline Star Tours 2.0 was always intended as pre-ANH. If anything, he's the only character that fits within this new batch of updates.
Star Tours TAC takes place after the prequels so Andor would still be alive before Episode 4. But yeah considering the fact that we visit Jakku, Crait and Exegol when the sequel trilogy was running yeah somehow time travel is involved here. You basically need to turn your head to George Lucas for this.

One of the complaints about Galaxy's Edge is that they set it strictly in the sequel timeline rather than just ignoring timelines and putting in whatever was fun. I'm glad to see that Disney isn't so concerned about timelines in Star Tours, because I like Andor, Ahsoka, and Mando.
@@dharmajanitorexactly I had a friend who was so offended by the fact that each ride wasn’t in the same timeline. Just have fun with it. It’s my favorite ride and the best Star Wars ride next to Rise.
This is the least iconic Star Tours I've ever seen, really crapshoot.
