i mean it kinda reflects depression, as you are depressed, you constantly are hiding the pain in public and show a laughing cheerful mask that is completely fake. I am speaking from personal experience as I have experienced depression. On the surface from the outside perspective you seem happy and normal, but deep down once you actually understand it, it is the complete opposite.
