I still listen to Apple Eyes regularly on my Triple J 1995 Hottest 100 album. It was the song playing on the J's as I ran home from school, punching and clicking my heals in the air after my last exam for year 12. School was out forever, it was summer, I was 17, I was elated and this song is part of the soundtrack of that time. Unfortunately the audio on this clip is shite (but the song always makes me happy).
I remember watching this on video hits as a kid! I would have been about 4 or 5 when it came out but it's something I remember. I think mum might have had it on single cassette!
I loved this band in my teenage years, i used to go to every pub concert they did in Melbourne, getting in with with my fake i.d. lol. My mum didn't care if it was a school night, as long as a went to school the next day😂
Haha wow. The old Video Hits and Swoop. How 90's Australian can you get? I recently rediscovered there music from watching Heartbreak High on youtube lol, check out Everybody Loves the Sunshine by Swoop, awesome song, I'll try upload it soon.
This comming from the guy with no videos & very likely no better a music career then these guys ever had is making this kind of commnet? F-F-F-FRESHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

The guitarist looks a lot like Owen Wilson.
Wow.
reminds me of the flying back to Fiji for school in the 90s on Air Pacific.
