Mr Bean is, as Rowan Atkinson has admitted, a very unpleasant character. I would say he's so selfish as to be a sociopath, but Harry took it a step further and made him a psychopath.
The spot they’re fishing at (9:50) is the exact spot my grandad made me get into the water to find a propellor that had spun off the model boat he had made.. I was 9 and had to feel around with my feet...in my underwear! The lake is Black Park, close to Iver and Pinewood studios. Just thought I’d add that. :)

My father was the Buckinghamshire County Council Land Agent and was responsible for Black Park, Langley Park and other public spots around the county. Good times.
I’ve been listening out for “From Our Taps” every day since this was broadcast and I have to say that I am positively flabbergasted that it has never been on. What an utter disgrace.

7:26 The Americans' audience participation. 9:26 The Fishermen. It is like this. 'Bettering' yourself could be a good thing but then the sketch also reflects the importance of holding on to your identity. 18:18 What a stunning view and I don't just mean Sophie.
Harry and Paul are obviously brilliant guys. Funny as hell. The only talents I would compare them to in the US are Eugene Levy, Rick Moranis, Dave Thomas, Joe Flarety from the old SCTV show. I think those guys are from Canada though.
I will explain how everyone in these sketches is brilliant and its pretty simple ,it's something my grandad taught me ,take the obvious and make it funny, take the piss out of the piss ,very hard thing to do
I love both Sophies and Catherine's performances in the saw you coming sketch, both are smoking hot and very talanted, especially love the rude character Sophie does so well, so much so I feel sorry for listeria (although id pop in there every day if Giselle spoke to me like that) well done ladies. Top performances throughout the series.
All of the "I saw you coming" sketches are totally brilliant. Enfield's best character IMO.

Superb, surreal, bonkers, dry wit and just plain excellent comedy and observation. There is no equivalence today.
