why do you have not used more grafts from the crown area?
on repair cases, small amount of grafts is always recommended, to see first the outcome. Since blood circulation could be a problem

bolly Sounds it’s because their is a limit amount of donor hair you can use before it starts looking like a bunch of holes in the back

I’m considering a transplant because I’m thinning and in my mid 20’s. There is ZERO chance in hell I’d consider it if I was at that guys age. You are just a kid with no experience. Your transplanted hair without fin with also thin over time, wait until you are 50, you can be thankful to look like that. You won't stay a kid forever. That guy looks very decent, he can also improve density with SMP
