Hi, thanks for the video, wondering if my family pay there taxoffice with my TRN number and bring it over the recipt here, will that work?...and grap everything and sent after .
Hi. Thank you for an informative video. Wanted to check with you how you calculated the Canadian equivalent of the fee? The website does not mention the rate we need to apply. Thanks!
@@rikabrooks7845 Thanks. Just for the benefit of others. I called the Jamaican consulate in Toronto and they told me to convert JMD to CAD as per the rate for the current day and add $3CAD to the amount derieved after the conversion. That was the amount for which I made the Money order to send to Jamaica.
Howdy, question is it that you had to do police record for your student visa application and do a police record for your permanent residence application?
You can I’m not a Jamaican citizen, however I used to live there and did my gap travel after I was 18. Now I have do police certificate for my period there for the Canadian Immigration process.
Thanks for this info. Will come in handy when I need it. Imma definitely try the option of mailing it directly and see how long that takes and how much it costs 😅
@@rikabrooks7845 I think it’s because u also notarized everything. I’m only doing the bio page because I checked 3 places and all 3 says only that needs to be notarized so I’ll at least save $100 off that 😅. I’m also going to do it as soon as I am in the pool which means I don’t have to pay for express services as well. Tryna cut cost anyway I can cuz chile PR applications are expensive

Hey u can check processing times on IRCCs website by just googling IRCC processing times. The time definitely varies by time of year and especially with covid there are delays but generally expect 1-3 months.
Girl! The way how I watched this last year just because and now I'm watching a year later since I need the police record. Appreciate you girl!
It can be really daunting, but possible. All the best love 💕

Thank you for watching❤️!
Thank you for this video. The passport page - you got it certified by just using a notary public? That's going to save me some time.
Ah yes I got that certified as well.
@@rikabrooks7845 This info helped me secure the police record, very much appreciated.
@@SoulJah876 yayyyyy! Very happy to hear
Name and address of recipient agency ( Embassy, consulate, immigration etc.)...
Am doing my PR, what information should I put here?
You Get the answer for this? I need it 🙏
Can you do a video about how to dress for different jobs in Canada especially in the winter.
Sure for the most part a turtle neck sweater and black pants usually works in my experience.
When in doubt check google, lol informative keep the videos coming
Thanks babe❤️

I would call the corresponding country to be sure, I agree the information is not clear on the website. Hope this at least helps!

Oh nice! Yes this is super useful, getting the police report is just so stressing overall lol
Another question if did a police record when I was coming up, can get a copy of it or I would have apply again?
I think it expires after a year. If it’s expired I assume you would need to get a new copy
What’s the exact address you send the documents to in Kingston?
Howdy, question is it that you had to do police record for your student visa application and do a police record for your permanent residence application?
Yes, that’s correct.
Did you get the fingerprint card stamped? I know many places only signs it.
They signed and stamped it
On the PDF file on the right side, who is in charge to sign there?
And where did you go to get your documents certified?
I went to a notary to have them certified.
On the right side of the application form should it be signed by the police who is doing the finger print ?
@@rondeenharris7710yes who should filled out the right side of that application?
where did you do the actual fingerprint?
I think I did it at Frontier One (F1 Fingerprint)-Mississauga-RCMP-Accredited Fingerprinting Agency
Who do you address the document to when they request the name and address?
I am not sure I understand the question.
Is it the duke street address you send the documents to?
I ended up applying for it when I went to Jamaica
How could I get the Jamaican police report if am a chinese , appreciate your help !!!
