Does the packaging say what temperature the change occurs at? I think it just must be a bit higher than body temp because most of the time I see this sort of thing being used it usually a heat gun or hot water. If you compare the color of the resin heating up to the cured resin they're all pretty shifted!

It just not warm enough in your room. They will work our in the warm summer sun. That's how they work.
