And thankyou for giving me words of hope too as I can still have my " off " days too. But I do take my own advice by focusing on the simple sort of things to keep me uplifted. Like beautiful weather, a nice garden , a lovely cup of coffee, a beautiful blue sky, a friendly loving dog..etc. because to me, it's when you focus on the little things they reveal " The Bigger " picture in life. How many NDE account stories of people who died and saw the other side but were made to come back for simple sort of reasons ( but which mean a lot to our existence in spirit ). Simple sort of things like to care for an elderly mother or father, or to be there for a child, or a brother or sister.. ( maybe even a needy pet ? )... Something that seems so small to us or something we didn't feel important enough for, are the same things many claim they get " sent back " for...our purposes. Not because we had an expensive classic model car, or a 100 million dollar mansion, or because we had a very high IQ even. It's where our heart is and if we even show we have a heart by way of our actions and what we do or don't prioritise in our life that we are being watched for. Like one NDE of a man who died and was then questioned by an angel or spirit being which asked him... " What have you done for your fellow man " ?. So I guess to die and go to the spirit realm or " heaven " after you have not done much in your life to help others ( and from the heart ) is a bit like a hermit coming home to a welcoming party where nobody really knows or acknowledges him. ( ? ) Don't get caught out like the hermit !

i lost a friend almost two years ago and i miss her so much... whenever i listen to this it reminds me of her, i love her so much, we were very very close we always would promise each other that we would never leave each other in the dark... and we never did... but that day when i found out she committed suicide... my heart fell to pieces i cried and cried and cried every single day... i miss her so much.... she was so sweet, she was so brave... whenever i would get bullied she would try to run them off... and she did, she would pick me up whenever i'd fall... but now there's no one there to pick me up... no one there to hug me whenever I'm sad, now i wish that something horrible would happen to me... something very horrible... everyday i miss her... she was my everything, if you have a friend always tell them that you love them, because you never know when there time is up.
