The money factor is the interest rate for a lease. .0019458 MF is equal to a loan interest rate of 4.67% which is terrible. Tesla leases especially ones where you HAVE to turn in the car are terrible. Tesla cars hold their values extremely well. There is no need to lease them. The financing rate(2.5%) they offer now is fine.

what else was on the credit app besides social, rent/mortgage, years resided and years at job?
If there are 2 names for registration, does the credit application give the option to put both names?
So what if you go through your own bank ? I’m not looking to put anything down. Is it up to my bank to accept my financing loan ?

I'm originally from NY too! Nassau county! I've heard they were going to bring back some sort of a referral program but they haven't as of now.
At what point would any State or Federal grant incentive programs you qualify for be entered into the financial equation?
I would assume they’d be factored in after purchase. If they bring back the tax credit then that would be something to apply for when doing your taxes.

It would be awesome to get a price breakdown of what you're spending total each month related to the car, insurance, charging fees, accessories, etc. This would give me an idea of what I actually I need save each month to see if I can afford a tesla.

Just curious? Why do you have to pay more for the interior and for exterior color? And what are those fees like tires battery?
So the basic answer I would say is because that is just the way that Tesla makes extra money. A lot of car companies charge for certain colors as the paint process/materials can cost more.
I don’t own a Tesla (just doing research) but I’ve seen lot of people say that the white seats are more comfortable than the black as well

When it says due at signing is that at pickup or what. Like when is “signing”
Due at signing in this case was what I had to pay just before delivery. A few days before my scheduled delivery I had to go into my Tesla account, esign some docs and make the payment for “due at signing”.

I don’t like prying and you don’t have to answer this but what credit score were you able to get the 2.49 APR with Tesla?
I think if I remember correctly it was somewhere between 800-815.
@@MikeAmiel well that’s about as good as it gets lol. I ordered a Y a few weeks ago and I was told by a Tesla dealership to say I’m paying all cash because the loans are only good 45-65 days. He said I can switch to finance when the delivery gets close. Is that how you did yours?
Sounds like that might be right. I know the loan application is only good for a certain amount of time. I only remember filling out a loan app once but my delivery might’ve been just under 60 days from when I filled the app out. I believe you do go back in to finalize your numbers closer to delivery.
How long did it take to get the car? I ordered mine 10/25/2021 and I got a VIN on 11/02/2021. It should be delivered by 11/21/2021. I can’t believe it is being delivered so quickly.
Wow that’s amazing! What Model did you order? I ordered mine 4/12/21 and took deliver 6/18/21. So a little under 2.5 months.
@@MikeAmiel I ordered a Long Range Performance. They said that it would be delivered quicker than the standard long range but I wasn’t expecting it to be this quick.
Yeah, the performance model comes quicker than the others. Is this your first EV?
@@MikeAmiel yes, this will be my first EV. I have had two Kia Stingers before this and 7 INFINITI vehicles before that. I am having the wall charger installed next week.

Nope, you can lower it. That’s what I thought too originally when I was deciding whether I wanted to lease or finance. The $4,500 is just the amount Tesla puts into their calculator on their website.
