Thanks for the drone Rick! 👍 Gotta give a shoutout to Jack too!! Nice job getting in there and helping out! The work ethic you're learning right now will definitely give you an advantage your whole life!!! You've got some great role models around you.
Thank you Rick for suppling the drone. We miss the drones shots as well. Just keep up to date on any and all updates for the drone. Take that advice from experience. Jack, you did a good job hauling the hay wagon. Kip, Mark, Greg and Dad, you're all doing a great job. Family and team work. Doin' what it takes to get the job done.
You should do a farm history video with your dad . I think we would like to hear about how he survived the 80s farm economy and how he built the farm into what it is today . Nice to see the whole family working together. My nephew runs graincart he's 11 years old the only thing he can't do by himself is unload into the trucks yet . We are custom harvesting wheat into Ohio we are running a gleaner s98 and a johndeere 9870sts along with a case 580 quadtrac and a Elmer's 2000 grain cart on tracks. We finished our wheat and double crop soybean planting a few weeks back and now we have some custom harvesting contracts to finish before returning home to get ready for fall harvest. Take care and stay safe!
You guys with all that new equipment. I ant never had me no round bailers. Pitchfork it up on the hay wagon then we got an old used square bailer that forgot how to tye bail knots. We had to through them up to the catcher boy on the hay wagon. It was easy up 4 or 5 bails high but after that it got tuff. Love to see the cows and all the family working together. God Bless Kip.
Hey Kip great video, brings back memories living on my uncle's Farm working with family. My other cousins from the town would come out and help with bailing hay and bailing straw billes and helping out with wheat harvesting, always a great time being with family.
Excellent video Kip. Wheat 🌾 dust is always so itchy. Wish we had a kicker baler. Stacking small squares all day is never fun but a great job for kids.
Baling straw is always fun. I’ve been custom baling straw for the last 3 weeks here in wisconsin/Illinois. I do Large squares but small squares and round bales are very popular here too.
that longhaired dude got some muscles packed on here and there - impressive look - and he knows it too - lol he has to be a wrestler with that huge muscle butt - or is it all football - lol 😉
Ain’t nothing like working with family on the farm especially with fathers and sons
Those green machines are looking good. With a great work force keeping them moving.

That new drone you got is pretty cool! I think you have the most RA Duthler SMV signs in all of Lapeer County!
All hands on deck. Good for Jack to step up. He will always remember the first day he got to play with the big boy toys and help out.

WoW farming is a lot of very hard back breaking working. But it will keep you in shape by the looks of his sons.
My brother in central Illinois said they had so much rain the beans are turning yellow, corn is like 8' tall.
Let’s go.
That hay baler is pretty cool!

I have seen other farms use a bail accumulator. Looks like you can save lots of time picking up the round bails with it, handy!!
